We booked for the Rodella through Inghams ten months early, and everything looked fine. Till now, five months later. We've been bumped by the hotel so that they can accommodate some film crew or other! This is not good practice at all and we feel thoroughly let down. Don't trust this bunch!

I travelled with Inghams to this really good family run hotel. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were smiling and helpful. My single room was clean and spacious. The food was the highlight, it was the quality I would expect from a more expensive restaurant. There was a fast and regular minibus service to and from the main ski gondalas,...

We, two families with kids ( 12,13 and 15 yrs) stayed a fantastic week and everything about this very nice family hotell is what one can ask for. Excellent service, nice ambience, clean and spacious rooms etc. The Planker family with staff really know the meaning of "good service". We always like to go to new places and try new...

We stayed in Jan 2017 for a skiing holiday booked with Inghams. We were the only british guests and native English speakers. This is a lovely family run hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner and his wife speak excellent English and we did not feel left out even though the other guests were all Italian...

This is our favourite hotel and we thoroughly recommend it. The family and staff are so lovely and welcoming that we were not surprised to find on this visit (Christmas 2016) no fewer than five families we had met there before - two Italian, two German and another English couple. As ever, we had a spacious, comfortable room with a...

We ski a lot but it is the first time we did this kind of package deal with 1 week half board and accomodations. We were looking for ski in ski out but at that point it was fairly late and the prices had gone up. So we went for this small family owned Hotel. The Staff were all lovely....

Nice quiet location between St. Christina and Selva, away from the bustle of the main road. Good views to the Sella massif and Langkofel. A large and pleasant garden to relax in. A few minutes walk from the Col Raiser lift, giving access to beautiful walks, long and short. Room was a good size, comfortable and well equipped. No problems...

We were shown round by the very helpful George the owner, who sold it in the first minute by taking us to the decking and naming the three mountain peaks we could see bathed in sunshine. The room looked out on the other side and more mountains and meadows. Food was excellent and very plentiful after a day walking or...

Just back from our third visit to the Rodella. First time in Jan 14, then Jan 16 and now Mar 16. The Rodella is the most lovely hotel staffed by lovely people. As others have commented, it is truly a family hotel under the leadership of George with his mother and father and long-term staff (especially the angelic Monika) in...

We have just returned from a weeks ski holiday staying at the Rodella, this was our 2nd visit having stayed 4 years ago ( my sister & brother in law were on their 5th stay ). This is a small family run hotel which puts its customers first. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the breakfast has plenty to...
