Charming old hotel in a great area, close to restaurants and historical town features, great place to explore town from. Staff very friendly and accomodating, only too willing to help. Room is very comfortable with plenty of space.

Spoleto is a great Roman and Medieval town to visit. The Hotel Charleston is also a great place. It is located in the old town and close to all the interesting and historic places to visit. Restaurants with great food are nearby. The hotel rooms are spotless and comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast generous.

Yes, I will book again! Super location between upper town/Piazza del Mercato and the lower town. This is a hill town, so expect ups and downs. My room had a high, wood-beamed ceiling, large bed, and a window opening onto Piazza Collicola. Breakfast buffet in a large downstairs room was well supplied. There was an outdoor seating area off the...

This is a nice hotel, perfectly situated on a quiet piazza. It's a wonderful old building, with a great, atmospheric lounge area. Our room was quite large, looking out over the charming piazza. The ladies at the front desk are very charming; breakfast was certainly adequate by Italian standards, though served in a rather unatmospheric basement. We loved Spoleto, loved...

I always do the research before choosing a hotel. I choose Hotel Charleston based on Trip Advisor reviews. An excellent choice. I was traveling alone and the staff treated me like family. They are very kind and helpful and friendly. And very patient with my limited Italian language skills. They were extremely helpful arranging transportation for me. The hotel is...

we were cold canvassing for a place to stay and Fabio was very helpful and welcoming. For 10€ we were able to park our car in a secure garage next door and explore Spoleto on foot, as it should be. Spoleto is a gem of a town with beautiful streets, shops, restaurants and churches- all within walking distance. Our room...

Warm and friendly welcome to this hotel. Our room overlooked the piazza and was very comfortable. Easy to walk to all the important sights of Spoleto. Breakfast was good and the hotel arranged a taxi to take us to the railway station. Would certainly use the hotel again.

This hotel is in a great location, in a large and peaceful square just a few minutes walk from the main sights and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful with lots of recommendations and helped us with booking restaurants and arranging a visit to a local vineyard. Breakfast was simple but good quality and it was great to be able...

We stayed at the Hotel Charleston in mid-August and were very pleased with the room and helpful staff. There was limited parking during our stay so we were supplied with street parking voucher for both days, cost €10 but that was fine. Room overlooked the piazza and was modern & air conditioned. We enjoyed our stay in Spoleto.

A warm place with nice interior decoration of old style, yet renovated rooms. Space is good enough in the bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast is limited in variety but delicious pastries indeed. Staff are pleasant & smiling. Definitely, a place to be in.
