We booked a superior room which was in the back building. It rained during our stay but that was no problem as umbrellas are provided for the short walk to the main building. The superior room would be considered a junior suite in other hotels. The room and bathroom were large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Plenty of natural light,...

I reccommend this hotel without any reservation. The staff are the best. Friendly and considerate. The facilities are first rate. The design and quality of finish is superb. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay a great one. Location. Sauna, good breakfast, parking, locality to old town, good bed and bathroom. Simply perfect. I guarantee your stay...

This hotel is well located. A short stroll to the old town and the railway station. But the highlight is the super attentive staff. They were wonderful in all respects. It has had a modern, stylish upgrade, parking is excellent, continental breakfast is included and it is spotless. Best of all are the helpful, cheerful and friendly staff.

The hotel is 2 yrs newwith rooms in the main building and in the back building. Fresh, clean and upscale. A wonderful European breakfast included with great coffee! Best of all are the people there...Deborah, Samuelo, Arianna and the rest were most helpful and kind. The local train station is just down the street providing easy access to Lake Maggiore...

The hotel is approx 3 min walk from the old town and has good connections to the Autostrada. The hotel is very clean, well equipped rooms and the young staff is very friendly. The free private parking is just another bonus for the relative cheap price you pay to stay here.

Do not hesitate to stay here. Short walk to town center and train with McDonalds and other restaurants nearby. Try not to arrive on a Monday night as lots of places are closed. Staff speak English, and night staff French. Hotel is decorated in an Art Deco style throughout. Breakfast offer hot options (omelettes etc) for €3. Very friendly staff...

We have chosen this hotel as a compromise to the very expensive hotels in Lugano and Como (in comparable quality) for an extended weekend trip. Well, what shall I say. We will probably never stay in Lugano, Como or other near by places, if Hotel di Varese is available. It is ideally located for trips to a lot of spots...

I must say from the beginning that I am obsessed by a remark of a previous visitor, namely that it is worth visiting Varese in order to stay at this hotel! It captures the feelings I had after my stay... Definitely, it is one of the best hotels I have ever been - reading the reviews will offer you a...

Where do I begin? There’s so much to write about this hotel… This was our second stay in Varese. Last time we stayed at the Art Hotel which was very “arty” and very nice (with a very good restaurant) and which is located outside the city center. The Hotel di Varese, on the other hand, is located right in the...

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and I will definitely be back. First of all, it's just beautiful. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and considered. My room was the perfect size, there was a window looking out onto the street below. The bathroom was large, and the shower was amazing. I enjoyed their breakfast each morning, which was wonderful...
