We had an amazing holiday with Antonio and his family at Villa Ketty, they made us feel so at home and went out of their way to make your holiday easy, relaxing and stress free.
The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and ran around making sure everybody had what they needed and even gave us lifts down to the town or station whenever needed and would also pick us up at the meeting point at the bottom of the hill, so we didn't have to walk back up the hill to the villa, great service!
We visited Vico Equense Town which was a 10 minute walk, there is a supermarket there too for lunch snacks, pompeii which was about half hour train ride, Herculaneum, which was about 45 minute train ride and Naples, about an hour and 10 minutes train ride.
The rooms had great air con, ours was very spacious and had everything we needed and a great shower, warm and powerful. Great touch with the mini bar too, thank you for supplying the bottles of water this was so handy. The rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday and having fresh towels everyday was great!
The villa was stunning, beautiful views, especially of Mount vesuvius, the pool area was gorgeous and so well maintained and clean, plants and greenery was gorgeous, my daughter was never out of the pool, even though it is not heated it was always warm and clean.
Breakfast was amazing! So much choice and something for everyone, fruits, croissants, cheeses, quiches, homemade cakes and pastries, which were so delicious ( Antonio makes the best chocolate iv ever tasted too! Thank you) and table service for drinks. We sat on the terrace for breakfast which was so pretty and had stunning views.
The villa had homemade food on a night time of you wanted to stay at the villa, which was good, we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza party for our last night, lots of homemade pizza to eat and music, with singer, lovely touch, very relaxing and great atmosphere.
Thank you Antonio and your family and staff for our great stay and we will definitely be back, with our 'princess' Abbie, she says Grazie

First, I am deeply grateful for my fellow trip advisor contributors who alerted me to this incredible experience.

We flew into Rome, took the high speed train to Naples, then the commuter train from Naples to Vico Equense. Be prepared: The Naples-to-Vico Equense trek is 29 stops, but very inexpensive.

We called Antonio to ask if we could get a ride to the resort from the train station. Ten minutes later we were comfortably in our spacious room that had a window overlooking the Mediterranean. While it was cool-ish in March, we turned the heater off in the room a couple of nights and slept with the window open, listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the absolutely pristine air.

While Antonio graciously offered to drive us to and from town, we chose to explore everything on foot, including a trip to the marina and catching a train to Sorrento for shopping. Vico Equense was easy to get to, with good food but limited shopping, and was safe. We felt like Vico Equense gave us more an authentic Italian coast experience than in Sorrento (including a delicious Panini sandwich in the lower level of the Wembley Restaurant watching a soccer match with the locals) . Going to Sorrento and examining some of the hotels I had considered made me even happier that we stayed at Villa Ketty.

In March, the trees were just beginning to bud but the lemons were fully ripe and Antonio and Denise used these in traditional family recipes to serve the guests, especially at Breakfast.

And what a breakfast. Everything was locally sourced, organically grown and deliciously satisfying. Fresh squeezed orange juice, incredible cappuccinos, smoked cheese, freshly baked quiche, fruit, breads, greens with cherry tomatoes in a mild balsamic vinegar, homemade jams and fruit spreads, thinly sliced prosciutto, and more. Antonio serves you while at the same time sharing a bit about his family history on the property and how some of the breakfast items are made. I felt healthy eating there without sacrificing any of the drawbacks of a "healthy" diet (if you know what I mean).

It is no wonder that Antonio and Denise have guests that return year after year.

At the end of our stay, Antonio and Denise's warm hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests. It was without doubt the most beautiful, welcoming and quality experience I have had in 69+ years of traveling. I just wish I had the words to convey just how memorable this was for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this family-owned and -run B&B. The Villa and its rooms have a unique style (brocante); the breakfast consists of home-made products from the garden, chickens and locally produced cheeses.
The Villa is set at a hilltop; guests can park their car in the garage of the pizzeria MĂ©tro (also owned by family Ketty) and they will pick you up (including luggage) and transport youback and forth to the center of town. You need to go into town for dinner! As a guest, one feels very welcome and the whole family and staff will make sure your stay is absolutely wonderful!!!

Villa Ketty provided the perfect remedy in our search for sun, rest and relaxation. Just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, the villa had everything you could wish for - a homely feel (3 generation family-run b&b), slightly away from the tourist trail, a peaceful environment (a beautiful pool set in a garden full of fruit trees) with excellent service. The breakfasts were superb and beyond the quality of any top hotel we have ever stayed in. There was the added luxury of being able to have food delivered from their restaurant downtown so that you could eat it whilst looking out to the vista of the bay and Mount Versuvius. Antonio’s help was great - both with the boat trip to Capri, getting sun beds at short notice on the beach and with travel to/from the station area. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Kati is a charming place with wonderful hosts for the vacation that we will not forget for many years to come.
Antonio his wife and family are exceptionally hospitable with attention to the smallest details.
The entire home made breakfast made by Antonio and his wife.
Everything is fresh and incredibly delicious, it is without a doubt the best breakfast you will have in your life.
We were 3 couples of friends and it is clear to all of us that any trip we make in the future in this area will be exclusively at Villa Kati.

We had to put our 2020 30 year anniversary trip on hold due to Covid, and picked it back up in July of 2021. This is by far one of the friendliest, nicest places I have ever stayed. The view was gorgeous. There is so much to do, but just staying by the pool and eating in is great too. The villa is up on a hiil, and the hills are steep, but a walk into town is very doable. On the other hand, there is always someone available to take you down or pick you up if needed. The breakfast is homemade and fantastic! We ate ourselves silly each morning. Antonio found out our daughter is vegan and each morning made a tray of vegan cakes just for her. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. For we Americans, the only thing I would change is to stock some bourbon behind the poolside bar to compliment the beer and wine.

We are really glad that we booked the Villa Ketty Resort for this part of our holiday to Italy. Antonio and his staff are excellent and nothing is ever any bother to them. We dined twice in the resort for our evening meal, including a special Pizza Party.

Everything was lovely and the breakfasts were something really special indeed, with lots of choice and all home made or locally grown produce.

The location is spectacular and the room was beautifully finished to a very high standard with tremendous views over the Gulf of Naples.

The village is a short walk from the Villa Ketty Resort and you can be there in 10-12 minutes. There is a pickup point with an intercom in the village, should you wish to be collected instead of walking back up the hill. This is all free of charge and part of the wonderful hospitality which the family offers.

The train station is very close and there are tours on offer to Capri and other locations that can be arranged by the Villa Ketty staff. The Pompeii ruins are about 30 minutes away by car and these are worth a visit for sure .

We were only there for 3 days and definitely want to return again and explore more sights.

Arrived in Italy and stayed one night in Naples, so wish we had taken the train down that day and had one extra night at this Hotel! As per all the reviews, the owners and staff are so hospitable and welcoming and the the whole place is wonderful. Rooms are unique and roomy, the setting and pool where brilliant to sit around in the sun and take in the surroundings and view. Would recommend a bottle of wine, which was 22 euros and was cheaper than having two beers each. We loved the Pizza party and although we are used to eating earlier, was well worth the wait and was completely stuffed and the pizza was still coming! It’s on a hill, the walk can be hard work and we did it each time, we hired a scooter and visited the surrounding areas, Antonio has plenty of suggestions where to visit. Everyone is happy to give you lifts up and down and we did get dropped off at the train station to leave. We enjoyed two meals at the family restaurant and make sure you try the gelato in the town, so worth it! We will definitely look this place up again. Thank you

My wife and i visited villa ketty with two of our friends for 4 nights because we wanted to go to pompeei. As it was very late at night we informed the owners and they said do not worry, do you need to eat? When we told them we would like a meal they recommended a restaurant to eat at and spoke to our taxi driver to tell him where to drop us off.

We took our luggage into the restaurant and shortly aftet a young gentleman called Fernando took our luggage up to the resort whilst we sat and ate a lovely pizza.

We then contacted the resort and Fernando returned and drove us all up to the resort and showed us to our lovely rooms.
After a great nights sleep we woke to the most gorgeous view over the bay of Naples.

We then went down the steps to the breakfast lounge and were met by Antonio the owner who made us feel like old friends and the spread that lay before us was to say the least astounding, this has to be the most picturesque breakfast
Spread i have ever seen and when we were served personally by Antonio and his family the home from home feel was even more enjoyable.

Now i don't usually eat continental breakfast but in this case the food was so fresh and perfectly cooked and presented that i am now a convert (although i don't think you would get this quality elsewhere).
I just want to thank Antonio and all his family and staff for a most wonderful stay and i shall indeed be returning in the future, the passion that Antonio puts in to everything he does shows through in the first class accommodation and culinary excellence.

If you need to stay in this location do not hesitate to book Villa Ketty it is AMAZING.

I can’t rate this place highly enough. Situated in the hills with breathtaking views of the stunning coastline, Villa Ketty is a fantastic find. Antonio and his wife Denise lead a fabulous team who cannot do enough to ensure you have the most fabulous stay. Winding roads lead down into the nearby town and if you continue on further, you hit the beach clubs. The train station is just a short walk away and provides quick and easy access to Sorrento and the rest of the Amalfi Coast. In the opposite direction is Pompeii. At Villa Ketty you are treated to a breakfast of dreams, full of homegrown ingredients. Our room was charmingly decorated, comfortable and cleaned daily. But most impressively we had views directly out onto the beautiful coastline. Highly recommend.
