Detailed Reviews
Gorgeous boutique hotel with beautiful views, balconies and the sound of the waves from each of their 8 rooms. We were completely pampered during our 3 night stay. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. Anna is the best, she gave us many excellent recommendations for restaurants, directions and for sites to see during our stay. Anna (and the rest of the staff) went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and cappuccinos are handcrafted as ordered. The hotel is away from the traffic and crowds, but close enough to enjoy neighboring coast towns. I highly recommend a stay at Le Ancore. 5 stars!!

Spotless rooms, incredible views across the marina to Mount Vesuvius and a delicious breakfast. But the most impressive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Unfortunately I broke my ankle while on holiday and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more thoughtful, supporting me and my husband during what was a difficult few days. We couldn’t have done it without them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Le Ancore is a beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the Marina Di Equa, approx. 20min walk ~200 stairs to central Vico Equense. The rooms offer amazing views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the balcony. Loved the exceptional service, ample breakfast and shared access to the pools and beach at the neighboring property was such a nice surprise. Many great restaurants right out front. Easy access to a ferry to Capri (Laser Capri) and Circumvesuviana train to Pompeii. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I hope to return.

We stay here for 4 nights visiting Sorento and the Amalfi beach.
The rooms very decorative with porch to the marina, but are a bit small.
Breakfast was OK, with little selection.
Front desk is attentive and helpful with any request of advice needed.
Few restaurants just near the hotel.
Parking at summer time might be a challenge.
It is 10 km and 30-40 minutes to Sorrento

This place is so beautiful, in a beautiful setting. Right by the beach. Julia and Josepe went above and beyond for us. Wonderful people and that adds to the beautiful beach hotel. All you need is near and they do have a shuttle to the train station and main area

Smart, bijou, great location with all 8 rooms overlooking the bay.Â
I have been impressed with the solicitude of all the staff who have looked after us,  Julia, Christian, Marie-Angela, Pepé. Front of house to dining exceptional.
What a fabulous place to stay. 10 out 10 in everything.

We, family of four with 2 kids and 2 sea view rooms, arrived on a Saturday for a 5 night stay. Hotel is a mere 8 rooms. We arrived at 13.50hrs to be told that check in time is at 14.00 hrs and the rooms are not ready... We went for lunch, came back at 15.15hrs and one room was only just ready... Surprisingly both room floors still full of hair and under the bed it had not been cleaned for several days if not weeks... complaining about this resulted in the rooms being mopped again with the same filthy mop. Only in the days thereafter the cleaning improved..
After the week end, suddenly a massive crane started to do works on the harbour right in front of the hotel. Noise and view disturbance on a massive scale!
We addressed this with the owner Sabrina and asked her for a solution. Her response: this is not my problem... you booked a room and this is what we provided you.
Nobody at the reception can make any decisions without the approval of the owner but she was hardly there or available.
Hotel restaurant remained closed throughout our stay because the chef was apparently sick. We had made a booking for dinner and only found out by accident that the restaurant would not open.... what if we would have showed up for dinner??
We were referred to a restaurant nearby called Mustafa, which was really superb and saved our holiday.
Breakfast was good and overall the staff are friendly but the root of all the problems lies with the owner. When addressing any issue with her the response is: "my hotel is new and I have 9,0 rating with booking.com" and you have a contract. Out request to leave early and receive a refund or find an alternative solution for the beach issue, were answered in the same fashion as described above.
Unfortunately this did not work for us.....

We’ve stayed for four nights in this very nice hotel in Marina di Aequa.
Le Ancore is a small and very cosy Hotel, very close to the beach.
The service was very good and Lucina and Maria were very nice and helped us with everything we needed and also gave some suggestions.
It’s the place to stay if we ever go back to this area in Italy.

I can't believe i almost forgot to review this stunning place. It was one of my favourite accommodations on a two week vacation in italy. The first thing you will notice is the extremely generous and kind service here. Or maybe the first thing you will notice is how beautiful the hotel is. Or maybe how lovely the setting is by the marina.....The perks of this place are endless. The room was small definitely, but had an incredible view, gorgeous green tiles and a very comfortable bed. They were extremely accomodating. This is about a ten-15 minute walk to the train station which will take you pretty much anywhere between sorrento and naples. The location is awesome, very local feel, great dining options nearby, awesome breakfast. I could go on and on but all this to say that we will most definitely come back here one day. Thank you for an amazing experience and end to our vacation.

Yes there are several very good restaurants in walking distance. You could happily just stay in the immediate area for a long weekend or even a week. However, Sorrento is not in walking distance!
Seiano after Vico Equense
Non saprei sono stata solo una notte però sono talmente gentili e disponibili
La spiaggia c'è di fronte convenzionata non ricordo gli orari
