I found this agriturismo on the internet while traveling with my parents across Tuscany and we were so glad I did! The location is extraordinary, the staff, the food, the horses, everything about it is quintessential Tuscany. We loved it and we'll definitely be back.

Hotel's Favourite
We spent 3 nights here and wish we had planned for longer. This was our first time at an Agriturismo and I think we may have set ourselves up for future disappointment - it was SO lovely here I don't know if this is the usual Agriturismo experience. Staff were super-helpful, spoke enough English for us to get by; accommodated our gluten-free diet, food was plentiful and top-level cuisine. The chef sits with you for a few minutes each night while you order! Also, good sensibility re COVID. Grounds are immaculate and fun - games for kids, random domesticated animals walking around, unforgettable views of the Tuscan countryside. A special time we will never forget - will try to bring our family back next year, COVID permitting! Note: The facility has many types of accommodation, so ask some questions. The "bed and breakfast" rooms are right in the main building, cozy. There are some apartment-style rooms in separate buildings, including an entirely separate set of buildings ("Villa Pompilia") 10 minutes away by car - modern and beautiful, but not close to the main building and facilities. Lots of options but make sure you know what you are getting.

THE highlight lodging location of our 7 day trip. Since returning home I can't stop telling people about this place. PERFECT for families. I mean the absolute best place for toddlers to teens. Lots of activities, areas to get away, great food that is healthy and locally sourced. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Lodging is great, and the price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. And the VIEWS! We liked it so much we stayed an extra night and skipped site seeing. Really great for our toddlers (3yo twins). Even without all services being available due to COVID, it was head and shoulders above the rest. Will definitely be back here again and can't wait. Thank you for making our first trip to Tuscana truly unforgettable.

We just spent an amazing week here. Not only is the place stunning but the staff are possibly the friendliest I've known in Italy and the food was phenomenal. Everyone from the owner to the kitchen staff made you feel like you were part of their family. We did a great cooking course, enjoyed the animals and hiking trails and loved how dog friendly they were. 10/10 will go back again!

We went to Diacceroni and stayed at Pelagaccio nr9. Nice apartment, simple and clean. One small thing is, that it had a door to the apartment next to us. Probably very easy when you know each other, but we didn't know our neighbors and they were very loud. This is not the fault of Diacceroni of course, but they came home after 2 in the morning and decided to brush their teeth electric, and blow dry their hair. I Knew I would have an bad morning, so when I woke up around 8 in the morning I decided to return the favor with some rock music. The had a lovely dog, but it howled like a wolf the entire time when left alone. Mostly during the evening when they went out. The didn't clean up the crap from their dog. We, our self had our dog with us, but always clean up. It is a sign of respect for the other people and especially kids that are visiting. Our dog got very very sick while staying and I called Massi who immediately helped us out, with giving the address of an animal clinic. Thanks again. The free parties are getting bigger and brighter every time we visit. I missed the zucchini fried in batter :-). They improved some things through the years. You don't have to bring your bathroom towels anymore, the give toiletries and a you can to the dishes with something they provide. Also no more bringing your own linen for the bed. These are major improvements. I can not tell you enough times what a (less) hidden gem this place is. We will be returning again.
