We were greeted by Vincent, our host, and shown to a lovely suite. We were met with chilled champagne and fruit. Dinner was a delicious 5 course feast shared with other travelers. I have never enjoyed a meal or company more. Corinne and Vincent are wonderful hosts. The Chateau is located close to the Normandie beaches and Vincent provided us...

We spent a night in a suite which comprised a large bedroom leading to a conservatory style sitting room and en suite bathroom, all spacious with a simple elegance. We enjoyed fresh fruit and an ice cold bottle of champagne on our arrival and simply enjoyed the views of the sun setting over the beautiful landscape and gardens. We enjoyed...

We recently spent 3 nights at this wonderful B&B, using it as our base of operations for touring the Normandy area. Our room was a suite with a large bedroom, glass-covered sitting room, and a bath. The suite seemed quite spacious compared to many of the other rooms we have had in France on this trip. Our host Victor previously...

My wife and I stayed in a suite for 1 night before catching a ferry home to Ireland from Cherbourg. Next time we'll definitely stay for longer! The chateau is very relaxing and charming - so much nicer than staying in a soulless hotel. The suite was fantastic! Really large and comfortable bedroom area with fireplace, lovely glassed in area...

My wife and I recently stayed 2 nights at Chateau de Damigny during our Honeymoon in France. The property was beautiful and the location was great, but what we were not expecting was just how wonderful the dinner and breakfasts would be. Vincent and Corinne do a terrific job running this B&B and we highly recommend it. If you do...

For my son and I the location was perfect, close enough to Bayeux for a late meal or drinks and the landing beaches and other WW2 sites. I think the Chateau is around 200 years old but has been extensively renovated. Our room was large with a flat screen TV, however, we didn't have time to watch TV. The en-suite...

My family stayed at Chateau de Damigny during a recent visit to Normandy to see the WWII beaches/sites. Vincent & Corinne were the most gracious of hosts and welcomed us into their beautifully renovated chateau. Our two daughters, 8 and 12 years old, were thrilled to meet Vincent and Corinne's son, Paul, who was friendly and the perfect young host....

We stayed one night and had dinner. The place was easy to find with a GPS, and the room was exceptional! Large and comfortable, with a very nice private bathroom. There were ten of us for dinner and the wine and conversation flowed. We stayed at the table until 11:30 and enjoyed every minute. The main course was chicken with...

Our party of four stayed two nights in mid-May 2016. The location is great for exploring the D-Day sites. As noted by many previous reviewers, the breakfast was amazing. And while our schedule didn't allow for arranging a dinner, one evening we returned from our touring day while another party was dining and it smelled fantastic. The rooms we had...

The location is great, easy drives to the major locations. The rooms are very nice, and after a restful night, the breakfasts are fantastic, the crepes were the best we had, and the omelettes (or other style eggs as requested) are not to miss. There are so many options at breakfast, it it hard to sample everything. Some of the...
