We were a group of 4 on a 6 day wine tour and this was one of the castles we stayed at. It is actually quite small, more like a manor home with spires. Luckily we had booked the two tower rooms which were spacious and charming (although the bathroom in each was only average: cramped plus rather clinically white...

Dear "Skib99", Thank you for tacking the time to writte a comment on our Château Hôtel. Your are very right, the rooms in the Chateau are a bit smaller than in the pavilion : in the Chateau we had to take some space from the bedrooms to built the bathroom. The consequence is that the bathroom are smaller, but with...

We stayed 3 nights the week before Easter. Our room, 33, was a gorgeous triple in one of the outbuildings. It was VERY large, had a large full bath with separate WC, two separate sitting areas and a balcony with seating for four and truly a million dollar view. It was appointed tastefully in a traditional style that felt very...

We had the least expensive type of room, a great value, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is responsive and professional, the room was very comfortable. The bed and bedding were great, modern bathroom, but all the charm to remind you where you are. We paid for the buffet breakfast. It was convenient and OK.

The Domaine de La Tortinére is located in Veigné in the heart of Loire Valley amidst an array of magnificent châteaux, the national treasures of France. In this charming setting one finds a château for oneself in which to relax surrounded by natural beauty and peaceful quietude. I spotted this chateau hotel online and decided that it would be a treat for us while visiting the Loire valley. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is an upper-class hotel, and that is reflected in the prices. But the whole place is beautiful and luxurious, and everyone derseves such a treat every once in a while. There...

This was hands down one of my favourite places to stay. Staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. My group of 9 stayed here in September 2016. We had one room in the castle itself and 3 rooms in the cabins nearby. The property is stunning. The rooms were cozy but not too small. The pool...

Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was creative and excellent. My wife and her sister went for massage and were pleased with the service. Dear Hobart E, it is very nice to read your comments. The whole ambiance, location, staff and service were outstanding. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and facilities.
