I don't usually leave reviews but Lerags House is so good, it would be morally wrong not to do so! If you like outstanding food, genuinely friendly service and getting away from it all, this is the place to come. In my opinion, there's nowhere on the west coast currently offering a more "complete package" of service, food, location and... More

Visisted Lerags House mid September, the food, the hosts, the rooms, the area, absolutely fantastic. Nicola, the owner is so attentive, without being instrusive, Richard her husband and chef cooks fabulous food. Truly a little gem of a find.

This is a beautifully designed, and deeply peaceful place. It is miles down a tiny country road, quite a long way out of Oban, - the taxi driver couldn't find it. But it is well worth the trek. The owners also own Coast restaurant in Oban, and breakfast was the best we have been offered anywhere.

We visited Lerags House at the end of July, and really can't praise this hotel highly enough! It is stylishly decorated and well kitted-out, spotlessly clean. But even better than that is the care and attention of the owners Nicola and Richard. Nicola is a lovely proprietor - helpful but not intrusive. And Richard is a fab cook - we... More

I had stayed at Lerags last year and wanted to bring my husband back, so when I made reservations for this spring, I was a bit dismayed when I heard the previous owners were no longer there. Not to worry! The house itself is still cosy and comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Nicola's attentiveness is warm and helpful. The... More
