Had a great stay in the countryside doing all sorts of adventurous and relaxing activities. As Lisu Lodge promotes sustainable eco-tourism, a large aspect of their operation is dedicated to supporting the local Lisu hill tribe community and their artisans. As such, the rooms are very nicely and uniquely decorated with traditional handicrafts. Many of the rooms have been recently... More

Loved this place! We were trekking up to the Lahu Outpost and met our guide here it has the most amazing feel and I could not wait to be back for our one night stay. We were not disappointed. The lodges are built in the traditional LIsu style so more outside living area with bedrooms, 6, leading off the platforms.... More

I was there on the 28th of Dec 2015 with my husband. Lisu lodge is very quiet and zen. I particularly loved the bamboo structures of the 6 houses and the garden. Activities include bike ride, ox ride, walk in the village and massage. Som our guide was funny and charming, her English was ok. The meals are served at... More

This is one of the best places in Thailand if you want to chill out in beautiful nature surrounded by stunning landscape. Rooms have an original design and are made of bamboo, the entire place has simply great atmosphere and style. Food and service are excellent. This is a place to come back to! The lodge exceeded all of our expectations, the food, setting, room and staff were all unbelievable. The lodge is very peaceful and relaxing, the massage after the trek was amazing. I just wish they did more marketing as it was a shame to see lodge so quiet.

I went together with my family. We stayed one night in the Lisu Lodge and it was amazing. After a week of busy Bangkok and still rather busy Chiang Mai, this was the perfect get away. Everything was very spacious and made to feel as part of nature. The three meals a day were delicious and catered very well to... More

From the welcome drink to the wonderful Thai food served to you in your own lodge overlooking the rice fields and the organic nursery, rounded off by a Thai Massage which all the family enjoyed, this was a wonderful stay - probably the highlight of our 2 week holiday in Thailand.

Lisu Lodge is beautiful and well built with care for natural surroundings. The atmosphere is very local and eco-friendly. This matched with my expectation. The lodge offers several activities such as biking, water rafting, trekking and village tour. After water rafting, I visited a tea plantation called ‘Araksa’. It was the highlight of my trip. I really enjoyed collecting the... More

This is my first time staying in an eco lodge. I truly enjoyed my stay here despite the fact that I was there just 1 night, yet the experiences I gained were so memorable. The idea of hiring local people and being a self sustained lodge is a clever idea. I got to get close to hill tribe people and... More
