All the staff were very friendly and the room (Pinot on the first floor) was comfortable with a good bathroom. We had lunch and breakfast, both of which were good. Unfortunately the room was rather noisy - we heard people coming back to their room late in the evening and noise from the street early in the morning (5:30). I... More

Great location the main street going thru Eguisheim, stayed for two nights, $ 184, with a very good "German" breakfast, which is more than the bread/croissant and coffee "French" breakfast. Good parking for 3 E/day, in a courtyard, that held about 8 cars, but in the morning a large delivery truck blocked the exit for 20 min, he wander up... More

A very practical base for visiting Eguisheim, Colmar and other villages in the area. Good sized bedroom with all the usual facilities, but our room had no air conditioning, (which might be a problem in high summer). Bathroom well appointed. Our room overlooked the hotel's courtyard and was not affected by traffic noise. Breakfast was OK - nothing exceptional. The... More

Eguisheim is a little town with lots of atmosphere. The hotel is located just outside the center - 2 minutes walk. Good parking in the back of the hotel. Rooms are small with limited area for luggage. No elevator. Good breakfast offer

We stead three nights here in June of 2015. It is very easy to find and within walking distance of everything you might want to do in Eguisheim or in the area. Parking for the car was about a block away in the "Beeg lot" as the nice person at the front desk called it. It was actually a municipal... More

We had an overnight stop at this hotel in order to explore the town. Neither disappointed. The hotel has its own parking in a secure courtyard, this is a big plus in a town with severe parking restrictions. Although visitors have a large car park available at the edge of the town, for a nominal fee. The hotel had obviously... More

First impression was a quaint, old-style b&b style establishment - I was waiting for equally old-style interior but I was delightfully misled! No room numbers, we were handed the key to our room "Riesling" on the first floor (note: no lift) up a gorgeous marble stairway. The salon on each floor were sumptuously decorated in their own style and our... More

What a lovely place! You can see that Eguisheim itself has been "refurbished" into a tourist town to a certain extent, but the original character is so strong that it doesn't matter much, especially if you're an early riser. (If there are any Fable fans out there, it wouldn't surprise me if the developers were influenced by Eguisheim a bit... More

We had 6 weeks driving in Europe, arrived late afternoon in Eguisheim, this was the first one we looked at and booked it. Our main criteria is a clean room and this was spotless. Everything else was pretty standard, breakfast could have been better. In regards to the previous traveller with the stairs, we often smile at the airport seeing peoples... More
