My family and I are big Thalasso fans and typically go to Serge Blanco in Hendaye. Normally we avoid Arcachon because of the major traffic congestion, but since its off-season, we decided to risk it. This Thalasso is clean, new, but coldly decorated. We took a junior family suite: very big (for France), correctly arranged but we were dissapointed by...

Room is good size, clean, modern. That is about the only good thing about this hotel. First surprises when you arrive, the inside pool is not open for everyone at all times. Unless you booked an "executive" room, you can't go in the pool in the morning for instance. When you arrive, you also learn that you are not allowed...

The hotel has great amenities (pool inside and outside, spa ...), a very good location (at 2min walking distance from the beach and 20min from the city center). However, I do not recommend this hotel to people coming from the Middle East or further East. Indeed, the level of service that one could expect from such an hotel ... Staff...

The room was modern, clean and contemporary. Balcony over parking lot. The bed a bit too hard for my personal taste. The massage excellent but the need for a hat to go in the spa quite ridiculous in this day and age - quite uncomfortable if you have long thick hair. Staff friendly although we waited 20 mins on our...

If you're looking to be charged 300euros for an 'executive room' whereby your space seems like a display for the parking lot then this is your spot! If additionally you're looking for unfriendly stuff who won't change it for you then this is definitely the place to go! Honestly nice interior but it wont compensate for the fact you need...

We visited this hotel for 1 night only as part of our MiniMoon. It was clean and contemporary. There were good amenities in the room, the bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillow which I really appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful, but arrive early to get the freshest! I think it was worth the 18€. The hotel caters to the...

The hotel is clean and well managed. Only shortfall is the architecture which must date from the 60ies or 70ies. The building has been renovated lately. However, there is still a touch of outdated style. The outside pool is heated, so I expect it can also be used in spring and autumn, maybe around the year. Personnel is very nice...

We choose to stay at this hotel for two reasons -it's location in Arcachon and it's facilities - with a spa attached. We were not disappointed. We specifically booked an Executive Room as these give you more access to the spa facilities (other rooms only allow you access in the afternoons/specified times, the exec rooms seem to give much wider...

This used to be the Novotel. Its expensive and carpets are worn and dirty looking. Room large, bed comfy. Free parking. Nice location on edge of town. However would not stay again. Nice beach nearby so good for a summer stay. We stayed in november and should have choosen a city centre hotel. Did not eat here.

The hotel is in a good location but is very expensive, but this could perhaps be down to the Euro. The bedrooms are ok- not big enough really- and the bathrooms are small. The service is ok and food is nice. Good parking and easy access to other places in the area.
