Other reviewers have nailed it. The location couldn't be better. And the price for our "double superieure" was right too. I don't know how many superior rooms they have but they should not be confused with the two rooms that have a baignoire (bath). Our superior room did not have a bath which is what we had erroneously assumed. It... More

As UK politicians are keen on saying, "Let's be clear". There are a lot of good things about this hotel. Yes, the rooms are basic and sparsely furnished, but they are clean, and the maid brings clean towels every day. The TV may be the size of a carte postale and the sound is limited to just above a whisper,... More

The room was small as was the bathroom with a toilet one could hardly fit into. The aircon did not work properly in over 30 deg heat. The wifi was strong. The beds were comfortable though. The location was great...minutes from the centre and free parking was a 10 minute walk away. I would stay there again but in a... More

Really primitive looking room. Looked like some one had just built it out of chip board in a hurry. To be fair it was an old building and right in the middle of town. No where to park. The toilet was in so tiny a room you had to manoeuvre yourself through the door and were almost sitting on the... More

A great place to stay in a beautiful town. Hotel is well located in the centre and there is free parking within 10 minutes walk. Bags can be dropped off in front of the hotel (apart from during market days - daytime Saturday and Sunday). Very attentive staff. Clean and relaxed ambience. Excellent value for money.

First the hotel advertises for parking but no space when we got there, we had to park miles away. The room is on the second floor (16), overlooks a wall. Not much natural light. The room is spotless, although toilet and separate bath are old. The room is noisy, you can hear the next door people going to the toilet.... More

This hotel room was really tiny but lovely. We stayed here as part of a tour and we just happened to be there on national music day. The streets were all closed and free concerts were across Sarlat and the streets were filled with dancing, fun and laughter. The room was clean and the reception was friendly and offered up... More

Stayed here with family. Rooms are basic , bed was comfortable. The shower was very slippery, quite scary. Have breakfast in one of the surrounding cafes they're cheaper. It's a good central location, I would only stay there a night or two

Stayed here for two nights as part of a package tour. Great location and plenty of cafes and shops very close by. Rooms are clean but not overly big which is typical for French hotels of this star rating. The wifi isn't overly good and I had to go to the lobby to get better reception. Overall...id stay here again... More
