We took a premium room on the first floor overlooking the bay. Large, comfortable room with excellent appointments and great bathroom with excellent shower. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

A comfortable hotel with well decorated rooms. Our room had a large comfortable bed with a view overlooking the bay. It was very quiet at night once all the day trippers has left.the shower room was clean and spacious with plenty of hot water. The whole room and shower room were spotlessly clean on arrival.

We had a room overlooking the bay. It was large, with a great bathroom, good bed, chairs, table, etc. It even had a coffee maker--instant coffee, but, hey, it's unusual in European hotels. It is close to everything. Great value for the money. No free parking, but not a problem in October.

We have been accustomed to visit this restaurant around 6-7 times per annum fir the past 25 years. This temple of Fruits de Mer was originally set up and ran by the Tachet family for more than 20 years. Change of ownership had fragilised the customer delivery over the years despite some valuable efforts. Yesterday we visited the place and... More

We ate in the restaurant and did not stay in the hotel. Most of the restaurants on the quayside of Cancale have very similar menus, and I can't comment on the ones that we didn't eat in. We had an excellent meal in Le Querrien at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was busy, but not too busy, and the... More

No matter how good the food is in a restaurant if the service is poor then the meal is ruined. We booked a table for three in the restaurant for 2100 hours. We were on time and shown to our table, we ordered an aperitif and our food and wine. Despite several requests for service it was 2315 before we... More

Situated on the quayside at Cancale, famous for its sea food and particularly its oysters, this 3* hotel and restaurant is a little further away from the congestion of the "moules et frites" cafes towards the port. We took a No. 8 bus ride from St Malo, which was a very pleasant 35 minute ride along the coast for €1.30... More

We ordered a duplex room well in advance of our holiday. On arrival hotel staff said only small room was available with extra beds for us, not duplex what we ordered. They claimed its not their fault, its booking.com. So not too comfortable stay. Initially tried to charge us for duplex, eventually at least price was reduced. No free parking... More

The room is quite big. And clean. Though the bed is not comfortable as quite old and used. You an "live" one night - not recommended for longer comfortable stay. The same is with the other furniture – old fashioned navy style.
