we stayed for 1 night on our way south. les than 5 minutes from highway. Old building that is in desperate need of some fresh paint ;) but room was clean, beds were good, parking is easy in front of hotel. staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but served with a smile. positive vibes in this place! decent...

The building had charm, no doubt. The staff were wonderful. The decor was like being inside a Georgian child's toybox. It felt so comfortable and homely, and the staircase was epic. Overall we liked being in the hotel (apart from advertising that the room had a TV on the website IN ENGLISH then the tv not having a single english...

Lovely hotel which would not be anticipated from its outward appearance. Very spacious room, prettily decorated with a high ceiling and a big bed. Bathroom not so great as it doesn't have a proper shower, but rather a handheld shower attachment over the bath. Free wifi in the room which is very handy. Breakfast not great value it has to...

We spent one night at the St. Jean before boarding a river cruise ship that was docked right across the street. This hotel is perfect for anyone else who boards a ship docked there. I had to take suitcases across the street, but it wasn't difficult at all. Also, I'm sure the sailors who greeted us when we boarded would...

This Beautiful hotel overlooks the river and is staffed by the most welcoming and accomodating staff I have yet to meet. Upon arrival I tested my limited spoken French, and the man at the desk chuckled and switched immediatly to english to facillitate my check in. The room was well appointed and immaculatly clean and comfortable. The staff immediatly assisted...

Much of this hotel is a converted old house and thus reflects the charm and unspoilt quaintness of a bygone age. Other bits are pretty scruffy! From a location point of view, it is great, for it is within a few minutes walking of a plethora of decent restaurants on the little island of St-Laurent, and also of the pedestrianised...
