I was absolutely disgusted at the quality of room were given at this hotel where we have stayed on three previous occasions and given good reviews. We paid for a double room with a shower and was given a tiny room with a double bed and a shower head over the bath with nowhere to hang it to have a...

We found the reception staff friendly and the hotel in a very good position in the centre of town for exploring the town by foot. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within short walk - the nearby 'Les Sarments' (directly opposite) was super. Excellent, modern bathroom (clearly recently fitted; with bath AND shower). We had a quadruple room for the two...

This hotel is great unless you want an ultra modern experience. The location is in the center of town, on a large square, with a superb restaurant next door. The accommodation is good and well appointed, breakfast was fine with lots of breads no cold meat and the cheese was just small wrapped pieces.

Would have given this hotel a better rating if there had been parking. If there was we were not offered it! The position is lovely for '' bird watching'', the square is full of them! There must be a fashion or beauty college nearby! Room clean and comfy, breakfast very average. Would stay here again but only for one or...

Great place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Even stored all of the 8 motorbikes in the garages, at an extra cost but not expensive. Ideal location for restaurantsand bars close by. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Not sure I'd want to spend a week here but it was perfectly acceptable for a stop over on the way through France. Hotel was clean, reasonably priced and in the centre of town with parking right outside. The bar next door was ok. I don't recall it being noisy on a Saturday night.

Probably an ok hotel but we were told when we arrived that there would be 'some music' in the bar below our room. No other rooms available and now sitting awake listening to house music that is making my teeth vibrate. Big fail on the basics and bad start to the holiday.

Only thing going for this hotel is that it's near the centre of town and there is a very nice park nearby for walking the dog. The receptionist had difficulty finding our booking and to be quite honest we wish she hadn't! Much better hotel next door 'Le Renard ' which was modern and stylish ,with a super restaurant, though...

After staying in excellent Chambres d'hotes on the same trip, this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was drab, basic and lacked character and the service poor. Although we had private parking in the hotel ( 10 euros per night) in order to access the car we had to walk outside in the pouring rain, instead of accessing it from...

Very friendly staff. Room clean but uninspiring. Breakfast is supposed to be a feature of the hotel but was mediocre by anyones standards. Having breakfast in back room on ground floor did not help" The town was disappointing

“They have a locked garage, which is worthwhile paying for if you don't want to park in the square in front of the hotel. We had wedding gifts and dresses in the car and found it very useful.”

“Rooms facing side street are quieter. Do not bother with breakfast in the mornings, some lovely cafe's and bakery shops nearby.”
