Great hotel within easy access of the airport train. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The rooms were modern and beds super comfy. The restaurant food was tasty but a little pricey ( $10 euros for a beer?!?) but I think that's to be expected when nothing else is nearby. The front desk staff was very helpful.

I stayed on business for 2 weeks. For the first week after arrival I was in quarantine and the staff made my stay very pleasant, from room service for all meals (outside of their normal for COVID period) and dropped off new sheets and towels every 3 days. Received occasional check up calls just to make sure everything was OK and if i needed anything. After booking the room I realized i should have a bigger room due to the quarantine and the staff was very helpful in making the changes.

Located in a good area, my room was particularly quiet with no noise whatsoever from the airport. Room is basic, but clean and modern. Perfect for one night stay, two nights maximum. Easily accessed by a free shuttle train from all terminals. Breakfast was very good even as takeaway during the Covid period. Highly recommend this hotel, good value for money.

We stayed from 9-10 and 22-23 January at this amazing hotel. Extremely nice staff, very big corner room (number 635) at 6th level with spectacular view to terminal 1 and on the other side to the displayed Concorde. Trust me, you will not forget this view. The whole hotel including the rooms is very clean and staff are very nice, helpful, competent and you feel very welcomed. All COVID restrictions are strictly adhered and therefore we felt very safe. Breakfast could by ordered to the room or choosing and picked up at the restaurant. We had also room service for the dinner and it was very good. Since it is very easy to reach in minutes with the CDG VAL train (free from the terminal), the location is highly recommended. THANK YOU and we will come back.

Conveniently situated with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size with a very large bed. Overall, an impressive level of cleanliness. Be warned though, you could go hungry. We checked in late evening and expected to be able to have a meal at their restaurant. The restaurant was closed, and room service did not have anything available. We were told they were out of stock - of everything. The only available food was from a vending machine - no thanks. This surprised me for three reasons: this is an airport hotel, so would have people arriving throughout the night, possibly hungry people. Secondly, this place is part of the Melia group. Finally, there were not even complimentary bottles of water in the room, so we were not only hungry but thirsty too.

To say this hotel has problems is not even close to describe my experience there. On arrival, the front desk person I talked to only spoke French. How can somebody work at an airport hotel and not speak Basic English? My room had not towels at all and all the pillows were without pillow covers. Not a single one. Not even a simple little wash cloth.I called hose keeping many times, nobody picked up the phone. Called the front desk, nobody answered there either. I had to go down myself and ask for towels. Another guest was there asking for the same thing on her room. I was told they will be sent right away. I waited almost two hours and no towels arrived. The following morning, at 4:30 am, I had to dry up with the bed sheets after ny shower before I had to go to the airport. To add insult to injury, at the restaurant they had four men trying to serve close to 120 guests seated at the bar, the restaurant and the outside terrace. I am not exaggerating. They were running all over the place. I waited 20 minutes to get a menu, then another 15 to order a glass a of sauvignon blanc and some chicken. Ten minutes later the waiter brought me a glass of red wine and ran away. I was so tired, I drank the red wine. When my food came, they gave it to the table next to me. I had to tell them it was mine. When I asked for the bill, I waited and waited and it took forever to arrive. I have never seen a hotel so poorly and badly staffed and managed. Melia should be embarrassed to put their name on this place. Stay away from this place. Just not worth all the aggravation.

Our laundry supplier is currently having a problem of manpower shortage and they were not able to deliver the amounts of linen requested. This incident greatly impacted on our room quality and does absolutely not reflect the level of service we usually provide to our guests. The receptionist and hotel staff are friendly and very helpful . Our flight is later on this evening and instead of using the loft room we were offered to pay for the day rate so we can continue to rest in hotel until later … which is an excellent option to prepare for our flight . The three receptionists I would like to mention are Xi Jing , Fatima and Venson . We stayed the night of June 17th to 18th . Fatima was able to spot that I was to receive a refund due to an error made earlier . Despite how busy checking in was the staff attended to our needs . We definitely would like to return to another Innside by Melia.

I've stayed at this hotel during two different trips to Paris. Both times, it has been super disappointing. While the hotel common areas look nice, the guest rooms are not throughly clean. There were hairs everywhere. The air-conditioning was not working properly to the point that my friend had an asthma attack because it was so hot in his room that he couldn't breathe. When he called the front desk to inform them of the situation, they said there was nothing they could do to help him. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't working either which made it impossible to get proper rest. The next morning, the manager gave both of us a suite to replace the rooms we had. I told her that a suite didn't change the fact that I missed an entire night's rest due to broken air-conditioning. Plus, I'm a single woman in a hotel room. I don't need that much space. I would have preferred a refund or some sort of comp for my inconvenience. The suite she gave me was dirty with hairs all over and scuff marks on the walls. Unfortunately, she said there wasn't anything else she could do for my friend nor myself. Since management at this hotel isn't capable of managing issues properly along with the lack of cleanliness and lack of privacy if you're sharing the room with someone else due to the glass shower in the room, I really suggest staying at the Moxy instead. I went there for my last night after checking out of Innside. It's directly across the street. It was super clean, new, beautiful, serene, and excellent customer service. My only wish is that I would have stayed at the Moxy for my entire trip.

We stayed at this hotel many times and never had to pay 9 euros each for the shuttle to the airport. Also we had no hot water at 6:30 am even though we paid for unlimited everything. The reaction to our problems at the desk was: sorry about the water, it happens and for the misleading info on the shuttle same shrug. Never again.

Rooms are very noisy and have no insulation whatsoever from noisy aircrafts taking off. They also look cheap. Our first room did not have electricity, so asked a member of staff we saw on our floor for help and she checked the room but said she would ask reception to do something. She did not. We called several times but reception did not answer, so assumed this lady would help. She did not so we had to go back to reception. We had a room from 10 am and arrived 10:30 am but was told bluntly that check in was at 3. A bit dysfunctional the whole place. Only positive think is good complimentary tea and proximity to terminals but no way one can sleep here or feel comfortable.
