This hotel is very typical of the Premiere Classe chain. Rooms are clean and quiet, but on the small side, especially if you have a lot of luggage. The capsule bathrooms are tiny, but functional. Wifi is a bit patchy. It’s just 200 metres from...More
My first expectation when i go to an hotel is to have a decent night of sleep.
We had a long flight ahead and wanted to rest. Could not because we heard door slamming most of the night and people talking and being loud.
HORRIBLE customer service!
It may be cheap, but it is also 30 minutes from anything in Paris and the front desk staff is annoyed with you half the time. I have been trying to get a refund for the past month since the front desk...More
Rooms are moldy and too small for two people. There are no enough space for clothes and suitcases. The bathroom is too small and impractical to use. Staff are arrogant and unkind. Breakfast frustrating. Airplanes fly above the hotel every 20 minutes and it is...More
I didn't like it. It was visible that the cleaning was insufficient, very small bedrooms, arrogant managers and horrible horrible horrible breakfast. You can't even have a plate to eat! The only positive aspect is the proximity to the fair facilities.

Go to the terminal 2 RER [railway] station, take the escalators up, and look for the Brioche Dorée Bakery. [If you are hungry, this is a great place to have something.] Nearby, there is an elevator and a sign pointing up to the hotel buses.. Take this elevator to Level 5. [Terminal 2 has two sides. If you see a lot of taxi cabs, you are in the wrong place]. The correct side serves a lot of motor coaches [inter-terminal mainly] including the hotel buses. There are kiosks that indicate when the next bus for your hotel will arrive. Be patient, the system is sometimes slow.
The shuttle does not ask for money when you ride to the hotel, however, there is a 5 euro fee from the hotel back to the airport.
There are two Premiere Classe hotels on the Pink line. The traveler must make sure to get off at the correct one. Best advice is to print a copy of the address and consult with the driver when getting off.
Finally, the traveler is well advised to check on bus availability if the traveler is arriving very early or very late.
