Across the road from the beach and a five minute stroll to the plage. This is full of restaurants, bars, shops etc. We stayed with eurocamp and our reps delle and Geoff were excellent. Genuine people who make you feel really welcome. Espirit vans are clean but dated. Aspect vans are new and impressive. Site is very French apart from about 14 eurocamp vans. We liked that, some don’t. Pool facilities are good, usual amenities although pizzeria was a little too greasy. Site is rustic and not as polished as the Italian sites we have been to. Area was beautiful but expensive. Weakness of pound didn’t help but still markedly more expensive than lake garda. That said would recommend the area and site. Collioure and Perpignan worth a day visit.

Not that impressed pool area is nice nice big shady pitches. Bathrooms horrible no toilet paper, soap or toilet seats. Have found the staff unfriendly waited for a coffee and was ignored for 10 minutes so gave up. Wi-Fi only available at the restaurant which in this day and age is ridiculous. It is handy to the beach and town 5 minute walk to get there. I am sure there are nicer camps in the area

We had a fantastic holiday at Le front de Mer. From our arrival the Eurocamp staff were very friendly and we were told the main interest points of the area. The Esprit 2 bedroom mobile was much more spacious than any previous mobiles we were in as the children's bedroom had a different layout as is shown in the pictures and there was good storage. The mobile was very clean and had all the mod cons that we needed. Our children aged 6,9,11 loved the pool area with all the slides and the indoor pool with more slides was an added bonus on the days it was cloudy. We were always able to get a sun lounger. There was a great snack bar selling ice-cream and cherros all at a reasonable price. The onsite shop is very pricey but we hired bikes (bike hire shop is opposite the intermarche) and were able to cycle to the intermarche and Lidl to buy groceries. The evening entertainment was enjoyable even though it was all in French- we particularly enjoyed the Bingo night. There is a good pizza take away and a take away chippy. The restaurant seemed reasonably priced but we didn't use it. Within minutes of a walk you come to restaurants and we always enjoyed walking along the promenade which took us to a lovely pebbly beach and a plaza full of ice cream parlours, restaurants and market stalls. This area really does come to life at night time. There is a great market stall in the centre of the town on Monday, Wednesday and Friday selling and every night there are twilight markets. At the opposite end of the promenade is a lovely marina with some more restaurants and ice cream parlours. There is so much to do in the area if you don't want to sit beside the pool, we cycled to the old village, the Adventure centre and a local Chateau situated in the middle of a vineyard. We took the 1 euro bus from outside the Franprix shop to Collioure which is beautiful and then took the boat back into Argeles marina. This site has everything you would want from a great pool complex for children with a fantastic central location. We will definitely return.

Very good place for family holidays. Nice, quiet, and safe.Eurocamp campings are great. Located only 200 meters from the beach. Water park at the camping site is perfect. Shop, bar ,restaurant, pizzeria are located at site. We spend lovely 7 days in Angeles sur Mer. Highly recommended for family holidays.

Drove down to Front De Mer ,Argeles Sur Mer, popping to EuroDisney on way back. Spent 10 nights at Front De Mer,Eurocamps,( Static Caravan) lovely pools and on site waterpark. Kids there every day. Cues for slides not bad considering high season.Plenty of sun beds by pool. On site Bar and Catering areas not really big enough to cope with full site capacity at night time. But plenty of decent places to eat nearby. Eat at New York New York, Le Petit Beau, and Le Joker (Spanish). Looking at around 80 to 100 Euros for 2 Adults ( 3 course )and 3 kids meals with deserts and drinks, Good quality though. Also ate at Spanish Rotisserie where the huge Paellas are to view in chilled cabinets. That was 50 Euro for 5 of us. 1 x Paella and 4 x chicken and potatoes. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Good Beach facilities , with several inflatable parks and trampelines, at around 5 Euro per child.( no time limit). Took a couple of day trips to Collioure, well worth a look. Overall very relaxing holiday , would return to the region.

We stayed in the Eurocamp part at the top of the site, were there was some English. Our accommodation was great and everything was working, only fault I could pick was there was no proper parking by the static home we stayed at, the weather was boiling, there was access to a gym and pool both indoor and outdoor, and we were not to far from the port and the Market and Promenade was near enough across the road, I felt safe walking around at night in the town and get the feel it's a great family destination!
