The attention to detail at this hotel is just amazing, it really blew us away. It’s skeletons and pirates galore!
It was raining when we arrived and the hotel staff came out to greet us with umbrellas, they were extremely welcoming and helpful.
We loved the water park and ended up spending most of our time there.

We stayed for 1 night as part of a road trip. We are a family of 3, child age 9. The hotel decor is as good as the pictures, if not better. The staff is incredibly helpful and even booked a great restaurant for us on the beach for dinner.

The one thing that left us a bit disappointed was the waterpark. The slides are smaller than what we expected, but we also did not really undestand the rules about the type of swimming costumes in advance correctly. We misunderstood from the website (so our fault) and did not have lycra swimming costumes for my husband and son and my tankini was also not meeting the rules. So they were not allowed in the water. We got a work around with some pants for my son, but it still left him disappointed that we could not swim with him. We only had 3 hours to spend, so no time to find a shop, etc. Not the hotel's fault, but one to watch out for.

Add-ons like anything from the minibar or breakfast was very expensive. But they were able to accomodate a severe peanut allergy, so that was a big plus.

We spent a week at the Cap Pirate Hotel, the Pirate Suite, with our 4.5 year old daughter. The apartment, and the services (covered parking included, luggage storage, valet to go to the beach, kindness of the staff including maids, who pass every day, etc), is worthy of a 4 star hotel, well equipped and decorated in every detail on the pirate theme! Dishwasher (are provided: sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, it’s good to know), kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (some tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar bags, are provided), stove with oven, microwave, and grill on the terrace (utensils provided but you have to buy charcoal and firelighters). Bathroom with the usual products and a hairdryer. Air conditioning on top. Very comfortable bed and duvet. Good soundproofing, except of course in case of a show right in front of the apartment (to the delight of our daughter). In short, the apartment is fabulous and the terrace great! The water park and swimming pools are really great! Everything is very clean (there must be a big job in the evening to clean everything!). We meet pirates during the day, it’s really nice! There was an entertainment, free, to swim with the mermaid, our daughter had stars in her eyes! The beach is very close (by shuttle cart) and very beautiful! The dinner show is really great (food without more, but amazing show!). Anyway, our daughter loved her vacation and so did we! Congratulations to all the staff!

Door with daylight under the door: light and noise from the campsite entertainment until midnight guaranteed.
Musty smell in the bathroom. Room perfume requested, never brought.
Air conditioning does not cool sufficiently.
No bedside lamps. (It’s true, they thought about it, they offer headlamps (!) which you have to request 48 hours before arrival. Incredible!)
The third bed, a bed that folds out from a closet! is installed in a tiny alcove. You can't miss it once it's unfolded.
Empty body lotion and conditioner bottles when we arrived - we had to ask for some).
No cocoa in the welcome tray with the kettle and only one decaf.
Room rented for three adults: we had to ask for an adult bathrobe instead of a child's bathrobe and a third mug (brought without a spoon).
Not iptv. In fact, it's just that the TV is connected to the internet and you can watch pay channels if you enter YOUR subscription codes. There is no channel or Disney if any other channel or paid platform!
The terrace :
Uncomfortable outdoor sofa and No third seat outside.
No “hanging net” outside. There are rings for the hammock but no hammock!
Sand in the jacuzzi when we arrived.
breakfast:
Coffee and orange juice from a vending machine, supermarket pancakes, industrial scrambled eggs too, in short, 22 euros for a poor quality breakfast, served in full sun in the air conditioning. We gave up trying the dinner. We tried a waffle as a snack. Topping with chocolate sauce instead of melted chocolate. Nor how!
The water park:
Overcrowded (would be curious to know the gauge of the entrances), cold water, the whole thing is poorly maintained and aging. The “vip plus” area is on par with the rest, the cushion covers are dirty and damaged, the parasols rare and dilapidated and the bed “roofs” rare.
In short, absolutely not worth the price of the room!
When I checked out, I was not asked if it went well. I still said that it did not conform to the description of the rooms and I am still waiting for the hotel's response. It was 15 days ago!

Please don't book here, for the same money you can end up in other beautiful places in the south of France. We first of all have no normal wifi connections in our room, no phone that is present in the room so we have not / never been able to contact the reception for any questions. By the way, we were pretty much eaten by the mosquitoes!!!
And as icing on the cake, a male employee walked into my room while I was in my bed. When I confronted him (Amad) why he did that he indicated that the door was open, as if it is normal to enter rooms without permission because the door is open (which I had done deliberately because shortly before the lady from the housekeeping rang the doorbell when I was in a telephone work meeting, to prevent her from calling again I thought I would leave the door open). He didn't knock beforehand or ask for permission to enter my room. Staff has not come up with a suitable solution. (except with questions like: “what would you like?” I really don’t think it is possible!) Hell this hotel!!! Please people don't book here. I as a woman have never felt more unsafe in a hotel than here. Please save yourself. The pool looks like a zoo because of the camping rangers who can and may use the same facilities as you for many cheaper. So you pay full pound to be among cheap people. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I'm even considering leaving early because of this whole experience and especially the male employee who just walks into your room without knocking or permission. Have stayed in many hotels, even cheaper than this but have never experienced this before

The hotel itself is not that bad seen from the outside, with an effort on the decoration. Correct rooms and playful spirit. Lovely staff overall.

On the other hand, the price is astronomical compared to the place. Of course, we were there on a weekend of August 15, but the catering is scandalous in its poor quality/price ratio (half board unclear since we pay anyway for what we take): €29 for a Veal bone served with cold vegetables +10€ for the frozen dessert and 15€ for the first-price concentrated orange juice cocktail, it hurts a little.

The price management is suspect (surcharged €80 for choosing our room! It seems that it was written in the fine print...let us point out that the room is already worth more than €750 per night! Attempt to charge us for meals not consumed ) The amusement park is nice but nothing more - not a lot of choice of slides..

At the end of my stay I complained at reception about these price exaggerations and the poor quality of the catering given its price (count in the €40 per head without drink for a dessert dish), but I was told that this is not the fault of the hotel, because in fact the restaurant is not part of it, well rather yes, but under different management... Several operators therefore share the big cake of this overcrowded tourist park. Practical for passing the buck in the event of a complaint! No one is responsible, result: 0 commercial gesture. In short, we left this place with a serious feeling of having been screwed!

We chose this hotel for a stay at Futuroscope of 2 days and 2 nights. The photos of the site and the price convinced us. We had a family room with 5 beds, 2 of which were high up. The double bed is actually 2 beds pushed together. The bedding is average. The room was clean. The worst part is the complete lack of privacy. The shower is tiny and mostly closed with a simple curtain. The toilets do not lock. Towels are present but tiny. The rooms are not soundproofed. One day under the bedroom door we can hear everyone coming and going in the hallway. The hotel restaurant is separate. To get there you have to go through the outside. We do not recommend the buffet meal. It's expensive for the quality offered. The same goes for breakfasts. The bar is still great and managed by 2 very friendly bartenders. An arcade room is also present. In conclusion, this hotel is aging very badly and deserves renovation. And the restaurant has improved!

Pension beautiful, with fabulous decoration, both in the rooms and in the Pension corridors.
The breakfast is hearty, very good and the staff very friendly (especially Momo, who runs everywhere, works for 3 people and yet always keeps smiling and always has a nice word).

The pools are also superb, very large and for every taste. We have fun for hours.
The beach is 2 minutes from the Pension and a shuttle service is available on request. The top! We never waited more than 5 minutes.

Only small downside: the o'pirata restaurant that offers a dinner show. The menu is expensive and the quality is really not the appointment! 13 euros the children's menu for cheese shellfish, all hard, inedible, and a gourd compote for dessert! And for everyone, no real dishes but disposable plastic glasses!! Too bad, we expected much better for a 4 Star Pension.

In summary, apart from the restaurant which is not worth stopping at, I can only recommend this Inn, which is unlike any other! We had a memorable holiday there!

At the beginning of August family suite 579th night we stayed three nights.

The decorations and attention to detail are impressive. The quality of the welcome too, as soon as you get out of the car.

The shuttle to the sea is very practical and is very popular with children.

The size of the suite and the quality of the equipment is impressive. Daily shows. The hotel service itself was impeccable for me.

We are at the foot of the water park. Indeed, the water park is shared with the campsite, therefore shielded and sometimes poorly attended. Example I don't know who is crazy enough to enjoy a jacuzzi where we are tighter than in the Paris metro. The VIP bracelet reserved for hotel guests offers limited advantages: access to the exclusive park from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and access to a ViP area of almost no interest because it only has deckchairs (no one goes there, we all have an xxl terrace in the rooms!! With barbecue).

In fact I only give it 4 stars because this hotel is dedicated to aquatics which, although not unpleasant, is not at all of the same standard. But I think it's insoluble.

Congratulations to the management for their attention to detail and to the hotel staff for the quality services!

We stayed at this Pension for several days, including a special night booked as a surprise for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was catastrophic from start to finish.

First Chamber:

Insufficient tableware: only 3 forks and 3 chairs for 4 people! Despite our repeated requests, it took until the next afternoon to receive the missing utensils.
VMC and showerhead support broken, an obvious lack of maintenance for a Pension of this standing.
The promised view of the pool, supposed to allow us to enjoy the shows, has been replaced by a view of the minute drop-off of cars. The terrace was in poor condition: a broken table, a damaged ashtray, and only 2 sun loungers glued to a railing instead of the expected sunbed.

Following these inconveniences, we had booked another room, a larger suite with jacuzzi, to celebrate my husband's birthday.
Unfortunately, this surprise turned into a nightmare!

Suite with Jacuzzi (reserved for my husband's birthday):

When we arrived, the hot tub was defective: it took 3 interventions to change a broken room, making the hot tub unusable (24 degree temperature) until the next afternoon. Be functional after the birthday! thank you for the gift!

Television, telephone and coffee maker were all out of order, and were not repaired until the day after our first night.
Lack of bath towels, received only the next day for lack of stock.
The bed preparation service for the first evening was not performed.

To top it all off, the Jacuzzi area of the establishment reserved for adults was not respected, children from the campsite being present 3 evenings in a row without the supervisor intervening during our VIP+ hours.

The Pension also promised a surf area, which turned out to be unusable. it says a bathtub there is none, the Pension pool is not heated at all and I can say it is very cold even with the sun!

The worst was the total indifference of management. I informed the manager of all these problems 3 days before our Check-out, hoping for a commercial gesture or at least an apology. But we received no feedback, despite his presence there.

In short, this stay, which was supposed to be special, was a complete disaster. The services and service are far from the standards expected for a 4-star Inn. A complete disgrace, and we intend to assert our rights. We definitely do not recommend this property.
