Myself and my partner arrived at the Hotel after a long drive from Bourges. We drove around Ceret for about twenty minutes as the one way system had been closed off owing to some festival,I eventually found parking and walked to the hotel, I met this person sitting behind the desk and introduced myself.Things then turned for the worse as...

It is a boutique hotel at the center of the village, totally renewed. Reception is not opened all day so you have to arrive from 14h, then they give you a code. Free parking very close. Breakfast is at the terrace. Half of the breakfast is buffet but you can only eat one croissant and one bread. We went there...

The refurbished rooms are adequate for a couple of nights and although the shower is small, it too is adequate. The manager, Mr. Durand, is an enthusiastic and helpful host who takes pride in his establishment but runs it on his own terms. After all, we were in France. Be careful driving into town on days approaching the weekend. The...

We returned from our holiday several weeks ago and I have deliberately waited to write this to ensure that I had fully considered our stay prior to reviewing. Had I reviewed it sooner, whilst still smarting from the whole experience, it would give a worse appraisal than you will now read. Please be aware that I have never felt obliged...

Le Ceretan looks to have been recently refurbished- new bathrooms, fresh decor. The owner is friendly but somewhat eccentric (and has a nice doggy). It's centrally located in Ceret. We had a comfortable two-night stay. Glad to report that we didn't find it noisey at all. Just a word on Ceret itself- it's's a nice enough little town but doesn't...

Although the owner was polite and pleasant he failed to give me the code to the front door hence I was in the street for three quarters of an hour until a local restauranteur rang his number. The walls are very thin and everyones ablutions and lovemaking were clearly audible.Alright if you like that sort of thing. The shower was small and...

Friendly welcoming owner & dog!. Great value, modern, very clean & with lots of nice arty touches. 1 minute walk from town centre & art gallery featuring works by Picasso & Chagall. THe hotel has some 'boutique' style touches - that said, it's a 2 star & priced accordingly - it looks so much better & fresher than the alternatives...

We used the hotel as a base for our four day trip to Ceret to see family. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, with the benefit of being quiet. The view of the snow capped mountains first thing in the morning was a...

This is our first time visiting ceret and it is really a very charming little village. But this hotel ruined our 1 night in ceret. The hotel feels like it is made of thin cardboard. The sound insulation is badly treated as the walls are paper thin. We heard some people talking loudly in the morning whilst we were still...
