Thie is a well worn hotel, sitruated near the station. The rooms are a good size, with good ensuite. Parking is available opersite in the public car park. Not ideal for bikes. We parked outside the hotel. So the receptionist could keep an eye on them. Bars and restaurant are nearby. The only real moan was the breakfast, the smallest...

The hotel is situated opposite the main station, but is still relatively calm. Ample parking is in-between the two. Within a short walking distance one can get to the main square (an absolute must-see) where there are restaurants and cafe's ranging from expensive chic, to wholesome basic foods. There are plenty of shops (too many selling tourist trinkets) to browse,...

Not sure how this hotel received a four star rating, as it should barely rate a two star. Maybe four stars applied forty years ago, but certainly not now. Air conditioning didn't work (thermostat broken so only hot air came out) but opening the window (we were in a room facing the train station) meant sleep was virtually impossible, due...

It's a very 1970's hotel. Starts with the entrance. Not very usefull, a door followed by three steps when entering with luggage... People very friendly behind reception. My room was located on the top floor and was very spacious to say the least. Bed was comfortable. On my search for a power outlet I found a pair of socks that...

Nice hotel in front of the main station. Reception was OK, very friendly and useful. Car parking is possible in the underground parking of the main station, please ask the receptionist in order to get a pass. Internet is working fine. Rooms are huge and very quiet. The only drawback is the breakfast, completely basic. Watch out the bottle of...

Very good location in Arras in the centre of town, large clean rooms and friendly staff. Great bar and the in house restaurant is excellent. Great location for visiting the many war memorials and cemeteries in the region. Price was 96.50 euros a night but shoulder season.

A great location across the road and visible from the train station, on the edge of the old town. The interior of the building is quirky and the front entrance is indistinct, but the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. When our a/c wasn't working, the person on the front desk immediately suggested we move to a larger room...

15 of us had a great weekend this September 9 rooms booked all were of excellent standard. Beautiful views of the square and just a short 10 min stroll from the centre of Arras. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Yes you could stay at the Holiday Inn or the Ibis but this friendly hotel...

Unfortunately, I've stayed here on business more than once and wish I could change that. It shouldn't be awarded 4 stars as it is most definitely only a 2Star but with 4Star prices. €3:50 for any item from the 6 item mini bar and that is only water, 1 small beer and 2 sift drinks. Room heating isolated so can...

Totally baffled by the great reviews for this hotel. On arriving at the door I knew this was going to be a sub-standard hotel and not the four/five star indicated. The staff were pleasant enough but the hotel was dingy and desperately needed updating. The air conditioning did not work and we didn't want to leave the windows open all...
