We booked two rooms with this hotel and received a confirmation. Two weeks before our trip I emailed them and ask if everything was in order and if they received my reservation from Bookings.com and they emailed back that everything was fine and they confirm...More

I had to email or Skype them. If you have any members of your group who are disabled or older, do not go there! The rooms start on the "2nd floor" and go up to the 5th floor via a very narrow spiral staircase. No elevator. I'd recommend staying off-island at 1 of the many hotel/motels then just getting up early & stay late for 1 day. Then head elsewhere.
