I didn't stayed at the hotel, but the restaurant is very goog. Exactly as described on their web site " Le Relais du Roy” is acknowledged as one of the best gastronomic restaurants in the region. Built of local stone, it features regional specialities such as salt-marsh lamb, fish and shellfish, all prepared by our enthusiastic chef " Good service,...

We spent one night at Le Relais du Roy in late September. The room was small, but very nice and had a balcony overlooking the river. The weather was unusually warm and we would have liked to have had an air conditioner to cool the room down. We didn't dare leave the window open because mosquitos are prevalent in this...

The dining room was excellent as were the meals.... But the service for drinks at the bar were non existent. I ended up complaining to the Tour Guide who then got me a drink herself. . The views were fabulous with a 20 minute walk out to Mount. This walk must be done as a once in a lifetime experience..(...

I chose this hotel based solely on the proximity to the causeway to get to Mont St. Michel, and it was better than I expected. The rooms are decent, with doors that open to a balcony so you can look at the Mount from your room (careful not to let the bugs in like I did!), and the bathroom in...

The room we had (109) was recently renovated, as was most if not all of the property if I understood the girl at the front desk correctly. It's easier to list the problems encountered during our one night stay, because overall it was a great experience. The wifi kept kicking us out which was very frustrating, and the walls were...

The hotel exceeded our expectations.  Small room but very comfortable.  The room had been recently refurbished and the decor was very nice.  We had a view of the Mont from our tiny balcony.  Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was friendly and helpful.  The only negative was that the Internet service was spotty and did not work well with...

Again not what I would consider appropriate for a hotel described by Trafalgar as first class. Our room looked over a metal roof onto a building site. Trucks rumbling through all night made sleeping difficult. Most rooms do have a balcony which looks out over the river and up to Mont St Michel. However, I can only give it this...

Nice hotel-- room a little small (second floor --no lift) with interesting view of the new dam built across the river (well worth inspecting) but ok for one night. Not sure if any of the rooms have a view of the Mont? But no air-con which would have been appreciated on a warm evening. Bring mosquito repellant -- they were...

Our room was interestingly small but had a big, opening glass door to the outside with a very small balcony. The room had a entrance hallway first with the closet, then the toilet room, then the shower/vanity room then the bed area. It was very clean and the fresh air was delightful. There was a restaurant in the hotel, however,...

A comfortable stay at this hotel, we did seem to have the only room (106) which had no view of Mont St Michel, we could however see the river. Other problem was that we were directly above the kitchen so we could hear them getting ready for breakfast and then if the window was open as there is no air...
