This hotel is ideally located near the port. The room we stayed in was clean, but very small. The staff was helpful. We used the garage for our rental vehicle. The Wifi was strong and dependable. The price was very good.

Fairly unoriginal, but very clean and confortable. Perfect location. Found the staff a bit cold, however. Breakfast room was nondescript, breakfast was ok. The room was not particularly charming but it was in good taste.

Location superb. This two-star hotel is clean and comfortable but its best asset is its central position near the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and markets. All are within two minutes walk of the hotel. There is no lift/elevator, so ask for a first floor room if stairs are a problem.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The room is not properly cleaned. The floor is filthy, there is mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the shower and air-conditioning are both not functioning properly. The chair in the room is full of bread crumbs and other garbage. The walls are also paper thin so there is a lot... More

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of town. The bus from the train station is a 2 min walk. Our room was very run down. Holes in the doors, paint peeling and as facing the back lane dark. Howver it was very quiet! Bathroom really tiny - no soap in the bath dispencer. Room however was extremly clean.... More

We stayed at Hotel Cassitel for 2 nights in July. We didn't sleep either of those nights due to a nightclub being underneath which meant our room literally vibrated with the bass until 5am. I could even tell which songs were being played, that's how bad it is. They are not interested in any type of compensation for this, totally... More

Location is about the only thing I can say positive about this place, but if you are there on a weekend evening, expect to hear the loud music from the restaurant/disco below until 2am. So bring ear plugs. Do NOT expect as much as a hello from any of the receptionists--they could care less if you are there. When I... More

The receptionist lady is the worst in this domain I've ever met, i insisted that i won't book in this hotel if the parking slot is not available, they never replied but confirmed the booking, and when we arrived.. oops.. no parking slot, we had to pay 21 euros for the parking during 1 night... Thank you Hotel Cassitel receptione6for... More

Great location down by the port, all the restaurants and activities on Cassis. Rooms are basic, though they have everything you would need for a 1 night stay. We had a room where the bathroom was separate, but was a bit dated and small. Beds were comfortable. Lots of stairs of you have luggage, so be prepared for that if... More

The Hotel is in a great position with beach, shops resteraunts at your front door. We found the two female receptionist very unhelpful and as tourist seemed to be invonveniencing them. We asked for an early check in but was told it is impossible and cannot get in until 3.00. The rooms are clean but very small and pokey.Upon leaving... More
