We booked this hotel, not seeing the comment on the nightclub... That beig said, the staff was nice. The room was OK with comfy beds. The shower was a bit old, but clean. And the location is more than OK, like 2Min from the sea and most of the restaurants and bars. But I agree that you have to take your earplugs. The doors are heavy and noisy, with poor phonic isolation. You have a bar in the street behind that close around 1am. If you sleep in these rooms, it's still OK with ear plugs. But indeed, if you sleep in the rooms in the front, they are ABOVE another bar and a nightclub. So it might be very noisy. But I cannot confirm. If you are a clubber, I think it's more than OK :). The breakfeast was OK

WATCH OUT They are two nightclubs around the hotel. If you are aware those are at 1. Just right under your room 2. At 50 m from the hotel (open air nightclub) and that you will not sleep until it closes (5am) then you’re good to go ;) We booked the room mid-June. Guess what, the hotel informed us 1 day prior our check in: ‘’FYI nightclubs are under your room, hope that’s ok’’ …. Taking into consideration that the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior arrival (24 left at that time) and Cassis during high season we were left with no option PARKING No parking available even though we called the hotel prior arrival to ask if we could park the car close to the entrance in order to deposit our luggage. They informed us that there is indeed a spot where we could stop. We arrived, it was occupied by cars that did not even belong to the hotel, neither clients. We managed (ourselves) to find a solution as none of the employees seemed to care about us. We wanted to use those a couple of minutes later and kindly asked the reception if that was an option. The answer : no, it’s occupied. We arrived (by foot)… all spaces were free. ROOM The room was ok if not taking into consideration that: - the shower was broken/leaking, therefore flooded the bathroom - Mould all around it - Could not use the TV - WiFi was N/A BREAKFAST If you like ‘industrials ‘madeleine’’ and cookies, that’s literally what you will eat with: eggs, bread, jam. They tell you it’s ‘’offered’’… no way it’s included. Just for them saying it’s offered it’s easier so that we can’t deduct anything from the grand total. STAFF Not friendly and welcoming at all. We complained about the nightclub and the trainee was working. She informed us that she is not able to proceed with a reduction bc of her title. Ok. BUT one of her colleague was walking around, heard the whole discussion and did not even 1. Helped her out facing disappointed clients 2. Tried to manage our complaints. BUT very quick answering emails … guess it’s easier for them being cow*** Euro 282 -> grand total for 2 nights. We would never go back and better choose hotels in future

Ants. So many ants. and other kinds of bugs. Noise directly outside until 3 am. Bathroom meh. Bed and air conditioner are positives but the aforementioned make them difficult to enjoy. Just spring for the nicer hotel.

This hotel was okay.... Until midnight when the disco started. Our room (111) is right above the disco. It's as if you are in the club yourself. We asked kindly if it was possible to be moved to a different room and the guy just laughed at us. The hotel isn't fully booked at this time. They know this is a problem and should only rent this room with a warning during the weekend.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. When we arrived, we were told there was no parking. This was one of the main reasons we booked this place was because it stated there was parking. Nope. Closest parking is 2€ / hour. However, no parking was not the end of the world. But the nightclub next door was. Unbelievably loud music all night - literally felt like it was in the next room. We got absolutely no sleep, and when we asked if we could be moved room, the man at the desk laughed at us. Avoid this hotel at all costs - not worth it!
