The room where we stayed was really nice and spacious. The maison is well located in the centre of La Ciotat but it is also very quiet during the night. We also had breakfast in Café de l'horologe and the owner gave us a lot of good suggestions for visiting Marseille. Highly recommended!

We nearly stayed at the Maison d’Oddette in September & what a disaster, On the internet it looked great and it had good reviews. A few days before we left we telephoned the owner to let her know what time we would arrive . She informed us that there was a problem in the room so we were to be...

Unlike some travelers, we found La Ciotat an amazing alternative to Cassis, safe and welcoming. Less touristy as an old harbor city, it has its own charm and originality of a working coastal french village. Our stay at Maison D'Odette was great, especially with Camille's help and assistance when we messed up our booking dates. She was very understanding and...

We went to La Ciotat based on an article in the Sunday Times, which also recommended la Maison d'Odette. We didn't like the town - the old town, where "Odette" is located, we found to be scruffy and the back streets dirty and rather threatening at night. The restaurants along the harbour were generally poor and very "down market". What...

We stayed for the weekend in October 2015, by pure coincidence our weekend coincided with the Medieval Festival which made the weekend even more special. This Guest house is a great little find and in a fantastic central location, situated on a pedestrian street so is quiet and just a very short walk to everywhere you'll want to reach. Our...

Stumbled on to this lodging while doing a last minute search for something appealing to a solo traveler, in the center of town and with some character. Found it! Communication and booking with Camille was flawless, the building has 3 flats, I was on the second floor #2. From the moment I walked in I knew I'd made a great...

We stayed here after a terrible experience with the Best Western in La Ciotat. It was such a fantastic surprise to find we had booked such a wonderful place. The room offers everything you need, and has such beautiful classic features. I can't wait to stay here again in the future.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband last August. The room #2 was so beautiful and very comfortable! Air conditioning, king new mattress, big closet, brand new bathroom, cute kitchenette, super high ceiling! Super authentic decoration and furnitures. What I love most about this hotel is that it felt like a friend gave me the keys of his house while...

La Maison d' Odette is a very lovely and cozy place. Very charming decoration. My husband and I spend a wonderful time in La Ciotat. It is very well located, there are beautiful restaurants, small markets, and the parking place is near (5 minutes walking). The room is very well equipped; king size bed, big TV plasma, beautiful and clean...

“We got a hire car from Marseilles airport as we knew we'd be pretty stupid by the time we had flown from AUS. This proved wise as getting to La Ciotat was a breeze. The driver had a bit of trouble finding the address on his GPS, and even a local that he asked struggled! We said not to worry and just started walking, and found the place straight away. Best bet would to get dropped off at the big church at the waterfront, and go up to the left of the church to a small square with a fountain. This is where L'Epicerie is, and they would have taken us straight to the apartment. We didn't realise the windows were open, once they were closed, we hardly heard a sound outside.”
