We were the only guests there, its on a busy road and theres nowhere to walk or go to, all the staff went home apart from a sleepy man who just pointed us towards the beer fridge to help ourselves, there loads of flies in the restaurant, there were two dogs having sex in the restaurant the whole time we...

I have just returned from staying in La Ciotat. This hotel was perfectly located - 5 minutes from the harbour which has numerous restaurant and bars. It is also close by to a litte Carrefour supermarket which was handy for water and snacks! It was a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop but very easy to get to. Another...

We stayed for a night in this hotel for easter. On our way to the hotel we received a call from Booking telling us the hotel was soon closing the check in, but they gave as all the intructions to get to our room. We were actually grateful when we received that call because it gave us more time to...

We stayed at this 2 star hotel whilst visiting our daughter. Although it is 2 star rated it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative comment would be that the shower either was scolding or freezing and the Internet connection is poor. Looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms seem to start all on the second floor (although they call it the first floor) and we did not notice an elevator. The hotel is within walking distance to the old city and the bay (5-10 minutes). The concierge was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and roomy and...

If you want a fancy terrace with a view of the water and hot and cold running bellboys and chambermaids, this isn't for you. If however, you want an easy central location with an airy, light and scrupulously clean room with a friendly accommodating staff who understand your lousy French and take over with their beautiful English, then this is...

This is a small family hotel in La Ciotat. The room and bathroom were clean and immaculate. It was a long climb from the bottom but we had help with our luggage. The owner stayed up and waited for us since we arrived around 9 pm and thank goodness he was there waiting for us. Our room was overlooking a...

A small family hotel close to the centre of La Ciotat, very friendly staff, the manager (son?) speaks excellent English and was very helpful. The breakfast was much better than the normal French breakfast. Our room on the top floor had a very fine view of the gardens and beyond.

I’ve been last year (beginning of June 2012) with my family for a week in Provence. We checked in at this hotel. It’s a family hotel as far as it looks. Not far away from the beach. We stayed at the floor (2nd or 3rd), with a view on the main street. My daughter loved the round small window. The...
