There is little to find fault in this lovely little hotel in Brides les Bains. The staff were all very welcoming, the food and service were excellent, and the rooms warm and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice feel to it and you are made to feel at home. There is a set menu for dinner which may not...

Read a number of reviews and thought I would clarify some of the points made. We booked with Crystal on a skiing holiday and had a party of 8. Service - all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All spoke excellent English and were very accommodating. We'd been unable to specify room allocations for the group on booking and...

This hotel is all you could expect. Clean spacious rooms, cleaned daily. Food good/excellent, but limited to NO choice. Having said which, one of my party has allergy to certain foods-given notice the hotel were charming and accommodating of his problem. The hotel bar is a very nice place to have a drink after skiing- with a "happy hour" when...

Stayed for a week with two friends the hotel is located 3 min walk to the ski lockers and lifts. The food is excellent and the staff speak good English and are very helpful. The gondola ride to the town of Méribel is around 25 to 30mins but the views are amazing.

My boyfriend and I came here for access to Meribel for snowboarding, and the hotel was perfect. Our room was cleaned daily, the staff were friendly, the food was good and we thought this hotel provided great value for money. Things to consider: For skiing/boarding you have to get a 25/30 minute gondola up to Meribel. We personally enjoyed the...

Stayed for a week with four friends and found the hotel to be in an excellent location with clean, reasonably sized rooms. The reception staff are very helpful - arranging a taxi for us very quickly when the Gondola was out of action making sure we didn't miss any time on the slopes! The only criticism is that there is...

We used this hotel at Christmas 2013 and again in January 2015. It was lovely to return again and share this fabulous hotel other family members. The reception staff always helpful and friendly making us feel welcome.Spacious bedrooms with good facilities, only thing that could make it better would be providing tea / coffee in rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals...

Our group of 23 skiers stayed for one week in February, and we cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Sid, Natasha, and all the receptionists went above and beyond their jobs to help and accommodate all visitors. When one of our group broke a prosthetic leg, Natasha heped with tools to repair it and even went to the...

Stayed here at the beginning of March for a ski trip through Crystal. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and even though it was midday got our room key. The room was really big inside, twin beds, desk, 2 chest of drawers, wardrobe and big bay window which game more space. TV had 1 UK Channel...
