ski in/ski out chalet and our chalet hosts were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Several of the guests had special diet requirements and they were brilliant at adapting the menu. so why didn't I give it a 5 star - a couple of small oversights such as old cigarette butts on the balcony, not enough cake at tea time...

Staying at half term, we were fortunate with excellent snow. A little out of town (20 mins walk), meant real ski in ski out conditions. Top floor rooms are recommended, lower floor is next to sauna and tub. The hosts were helpful and Blake (rep), booked a taxi to Les Deux Alps. The living area is lovely meaning a real...

Party of 16 adults and 2 small children spent a fun filled week in chalet Louisa The rooms all have twin bedrooms which are small but adequate, the living area is well thought out with ample room for dining and thoughtfully arranged so that all the party can comfortably sit around and relax together Hot tub and sauna included, hot...

The Altiport location of Chalet Louisa in Alpe D'Huez is perfect for accessing the slopes & boasts true ski in ski out facilities. We skied right to the door every day during our stay and for those not confident on blue runs a free bus service runs regularly. The location is in a quiet area, slightly out of town just...

We had a great week in Chalet Louisa. The staff were excellent, providing wonderful food and coping well with a gluten intolerant guest. We could all ski in and out and this included some beginners. The only grouse was early morning noisy bulldozer!

We stayed at Chalet Louisa from the 19th December for a week which included Christmas day. The chalet hosts were willing but lacked training for example - timings required for cooking were miscalculated, so on a number of evenings dinner was very late, they also overcooked most of the food including the salmon, pork and turkey en-croute. The staff day...

We stayed here at the beginning of March. The chalet hosts Ellie and Marcus were lovely, and efficient, the food adequate and nicely presented, and everything was clean. Good boot/ski room with boot warmers, and proper ski in ski out off a green run. Our bedroom (room six I think) was so small it had no wardrobe, just a rail...

Where do I start, broken window, broken doors and broken promises. The chalet is in a great location, provides ski-in ski-out accommodation and also great staff! However with children younger than four a broken glass window with glass still on the floor is inappropriate, I hope that the managers of ski world can find time to listen to their customers...

Lovely chalet , comfortable ,great views , virtually on the piste . As with other reviewers there is a problem with noise from bedroom to bedroom , and being in the construction industry this is something I deal with in a regular basis so denial by tour operator is nonsense . But...... Don't let this put you off chalet hosts...

We have just returned from our week long stay at Chalet Louisa. We were a group of 16, and all had a brilliant time. The chalet is lovely, and great for ski in ski out. Viv and Ellen did a fab job of looking after us, and cooked some lovely food each evening. The hot tub and sauna were also...
