Reception gave us a hearty warm genuine welcome taking time to highlight the main points for guests' stay. The rooms are typical chalet style with lots of wood. Decoration was not tacky. The bathroom was tastefully modern in keeping with the, mountain feel. The rooms were not large but did come with a nice spacious balcony either overlooking the town or... More

We recently travelled to La Clusaz for a long ski weekend & when its your first time somewhere, guessing the most suitable hotel is always hit & miss. We stayed in Room 24 in Logis Alp and would recommend it. The rooms are simple & a little tired but offer comfortable beds & plenty of storage. The views from the... More

Whilst we were not staying at the hotel, the restaurant was recommended to us by local people and we were certainly not disappointed. A varied menu at reasonable prices and we really enjoyed our visit.

We stayed here just after christmas 2014 and through the new year, this is a very centrally placed hotel with friendly staff, unfortunately I do not speak french, and this did prevent a better level of communication with some of the staff. La Clusaz has a growing interest from UK based visitors but is still very french. If you can... More

We stayed in La Clusaz during the summer and loved the whole town. It was so quiet and beautiful. This hotel was one of our favorites on our two week road trip across Spain France and Italy. It feels like a little inn from a storybook. They offer breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the main floor. They have... More

We stayed here for four nights just at the end of the skiiing season, with two childen. We really liked this hotel, very nice atmosphere, super service (merci, Cyril) and good location. Here you are just three minutes walk away from the ski lift, so we walked over there in our boots ready for a day in the slopes. Coming... More

Great place for relaxing after a long day on and off piste! Service level is high, and the restaurant is even better! Nice rooms with good beds, and a balcony. Location just in the center, 2 mins walk to the lift area. Hot tub could be a bit warmer, and elevator is small. As every room in town, a bit... More

This was our 2nd stay in La Clusaz and was after a more central location as the last hotel was a little way out of town. This hotel is very central with just a short stroll even in ski boots to the first lift (Cret Du Merle) with another only 3 mins walk away (La Patenoire). We used Intersport as... More

We ski in La Clusaz every year and have stayed in different hotels. Alp hotel is in a convenient location, although it isnt really a ski in ski out hotel. This didnt pose a problem. The rooms are crying out for refurbishment, however the great food and genuinely helpful staff make up for this.

We arrived at the Alp’Hotel via a flight to Geneva from Oxford airport – yes, Oxford! The new once-a-week service provided by the Swiss airline Baboo is pure joy, like flying used to be a long time ago, with exemplary service and a lack of queues even in Geneva on a peak Saturday in the ski season. There are many... More
