Got a cracking deal Jan 15. Have stayed at many Rocketski hotels before so new what to expect. this hotel surpassed my expectations by some way. For a two star hotel the food and service were excellent. The staff and management were very friendly and extremely helpful. Good range of bars and restaurants close by, the little french bar across...

This is an old, rather worn hotel but quite clean and cared for despite the surface shabbiness. The young staff are lovely : helpful, welcoming and always cheerful. The food was good, well prepared, tasty and plentiful. We were told on the first evening that there was a tummy bug going around the resort. Not sure about the rest of...

Very poor service, the hotel gave us a virus and made us ill, the food was rubbish, gave us upset stomachs. The staff were friendly till we over heard one of them talking about us, not very professional! Bedding not changed even though we were ill. They always seemed to be trying to make money, the lift passes are a...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Clubhotel Provencal. We hope that all our guests have a great time in the Alps, and we are disappointed that you did not enjoy your trip as much as anticipated. Feedback is important to us in order that we may review and improve our service; clearly we appreciate the...

Came here with school and the skiing was amazing. Slopes not too far from the hotel door. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. The hotel's located right in the middle of the village, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms weren't fab, but good for the price! Would highly recommend this hotel.

We suffered a bit with bad weather, but on the days when the sun was out we had some great skiing, with only short walks to the lifts. But there are enough other things to do in this lively resort and around the local area instead if needed, with the hotel nicely situated just off the main street. The hotel...

Le Provencal is a great choice for your week skiing in Les Deux Alpes! I arrived for the first week of the 2013-2014 winter season, and the conditions were superb. Even if snowfall is short, the glacier offers all year skiing so you should never miss out. Hotel- The hotel rooms are cleaned daily and offer warmth and excellent comfort,...

This is an old fashioned, fairly basic hotel which offers everything you could expect from this type of a hotel. No frills (saunas or jacuzzis!) but what it does offer is provided always with a smile from the friendly team of staff. Food is much better than expected, and I even talked to one of the coach drivers who spends...

Just returned from a week's skiing via Rocketski and we had an amazing time. The hotel is more than adequate but if you want 5 star luxury then go to Paris! hehe. We went for the skiing and the resort is great and suits all abilities (it was our 2nd visit to Les Duex Alpes). The lists are near enough...

There was a group of 45 of us that stayed and took over the entire hotel and everyone enjoyed themselves the entire week that we were there. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the chairlift (short side), shops and restaurants. The bars are close enough, but far enough away not to cause any hassle. The hotel...
