So the chalet rustic, and there are no double beds, just singles to push together. However the space in the chalet is superb, we were upstairs, in the tripple, which has its own loo and bathing facilities, same with the quad, we rearranged the quad to give the only girl in the quad her own little space, blocking it off...

We had a great holiday at this chalet, as a group of friends with children. Whilst the chalet is basic, it had everything we needed. There was plenty of hot water and the rooms were warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the log fire. It's location is good, making it easy to get to the chair lift and close to the...

From the moment we arrived in the resort I was gutted to see our host was not happy to have to cater for us, she made that very clear. The resort is great and we really enjoyed it. But coming home you felt like you were in prison. Constant egg shells being relentlessly trodden on. How someone in a customer...

The chalet was lovely and in a quiet area of town, about a 5 minute walk to the lifts, bars and nightlife. If this were a review of the chalet alone, it would review well. However, as it is a catered chalet and we were looked after by a Neilson chalet host, the host must be included in the review....

Good host, good chalet, good food, good location this chalet fits all the requirements, we had a big group of friends who it was perfect for, but I also see this as well suited to a few family's. My only criticism would be the resort is not great, nor is the skiing but well suited to families or improving intermediates.

Just returned from this chalet with my partner and another couple we holidayed with. It was fab! We snowboard and our friends ski, the slopes here are easily accessible and are just fabulous! The chalet is basic and cosy, we had the room downstairs that was not on suite which was fine. We liked being on the ground floor for...

A comfortable chalet with adequate facilities and great chalet staff. Food was great and plentiful. Close to the town and ski areas. Being a Neilson Chalet it is also close to the main ski hire shop where you can leave your boots and skis in lockers to save you dragging them all home each night. A great idea which allows...

Just back from a week at Chalet L'Olan with friends. The chalet was warm, cosy and well located. Our chalet host Vicki was tremendous. She is the most amazing cook and all meals were excellent. She was really accommodating to guests who disliked any foods. There were 4 groups in our chalet and we all got on well which was...

Just got back from staying here for a week, we were a party of ten adults and have never stayed in a catered chalet before but this just amazing. Our Chalet host Vicki was brilliant. We had a great breakfast every morning and cake and breads were available when we got back from the slopes late afternoon, the evening three...
