I booked this hotel for my husband and son to spend time together and so some serious biking. They found the hotel very welcoming, good breakfast, good swimming pool, excellent location and a lovely room with bath/shower and balcony. The lady owner was helpful and friendly.

We visited this hotel to watch the Euro Cup 2016. We were surprised they had a large screen TV set up on the patio and a Mojito Bar to go with it. Service was good, prices reasonable. I would recommend stopping in for a drink in the afternoon after 5 pm during the week.

By far the best feature of this hotel is the location which is central to Samoens. The rooms are clean, although ours had a bad smell reminiscent of damp. Staff were attentive but could have been friendlier. The restaurant was nothing to write home about and I would advise eating out and considering avoiding breakfast and going to one of...

Just come back from a long weekend snowboarding. My friends and I stayed in one of their Superior Triple rooms. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location and is right in the town. 10 minute walk to the lift or you can catch the bus from just outside. The room was good...

We have just spend a long weekend as a family at Les Glaciers. Check in was quick and informative, the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and every member of staff greeted us with a cheery smile. With the Ski Bus stop just along the road, we found the hotel to be a great base for our skiing.

We had a lovely room on the corner, with a large balcony and a bath. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. We had warm bathrobes to wear to the swimming pools. The outdoor pool was large and warm enough for fast swimming and the indoor jacuzzi style pool was fun. The hotel seemed very French in style, rather than...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in March so we could ski "Le Grand Massif". The hotel is located in the town, not near the parking for the ski station. Upon arrival, we were not given any information about the hotel or the town. Someone came out from the bar to check us in. Our room was...

The hotel is dated and was curiously quiet and uninviting to people coming in off the street to the bar so lacked atmosphere. However the position is perfect in the centre of town and the views from our room were fantastic. The room was old fashioned and quite small for the price we paid. It was spotlessly clean though and...

This is a family run very friendly hotel. I stayed in this hotel for six nights last week with my son and 2 grandchildren We had a family room that was more than adequate. The beds were very comfortable and the décor of both bedrooms and bathroom to a good standard. This is a 3 star hotel in the mountains...

We booked a room via Booking.com for 2 adults and 2 teenage sons (both over 12 years of age). The "family room" we were allocated had an upstairs area with two single beds. Neither of the boys could fully stand up without banging their heads. (We mentioned this on our departure - to be told that we should take this...
