Simply paradise
Pure relaxation in one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Located on a promontory high on the rocks with spectacular views of the sea, the coast and the islands of Giglio e Gianutra.
In the evening you have a fantastic view of the sunset from the bar. Below the bar there is a large relaxation area with infinity pool from which you can view Giglio over the sea. One of the Unpacked is the private bay belonging to the hotel, to which you can be taken and picked up comfortably and free of charge by golf cart.
The rooms are comfortably furnished, have a balcony with sea views and are air-conditioned. In the evening, guests can enjoy culinary delights on the rooftop terrace of the restaurant. The staff is always friendly and helpful, thanks primarily to the director Mrs Marconi. She is the soul of the hotel and works tirelessly from dawn to dusk to ensure that every single guest is well and nothing is missing. The hotel is among the high-priced but is worth every euro. It was already our fourth stay and we are always thrilled again.

My wife and I came here for the last leg of our honeymoon in Tuscany, and were so pleased to end our already wonderful trip here!

We knew from the online photos that the pool and the views from the hotel would be amazing, but what we were really blown away by was the access to the private beach at Cala Piccola. This was something that we really did not fully appreciate from the website photos, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay.

As far as the hotel itself, The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the hotel manager, Stefania, deserves a special mention. She greeted us every morning in the breakfast area, and asked how we were enjoying our stay. You could tell that she was personally invested in ensuring that each guest had the best possible experience.

Rooms: We paid a little bit of extra money for a suite with an ocean view, and it was well worth it. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was stunning. In fact, the view was so great that we just decided to stay in and order room service on several occasions. I do think that the hotel should invest a little money in upgrading to nicer furniture for the rooms. The quality of the furniture does not match the star rating of the hotel It would not take much for the hotel to make its rooms look more luxurious.

breakfast: The included breakfast was fine but not amazing. Omelettes And other Ă  la cart items were available for an additional charge, but my wife and I felt that for the quality of the hotel, these items should have been included in the complementary breakfast.

Restaurant: The servers were attentive and courteous, and over the course of our four nights stay, we developed personal rapport with several of the weight staff. The view from the restaurant and the poolside bar and lunch area was absolutely stunning. The quality of the food was overall good. Since there aren’t really other options for food nearby, it would be nice if the hotel could very bit dinner offerings a little bit more frequently, but I realize this is challenging for a hotel to do. We stayed for four nights, and it did get a little bit repetitive eating at the same restaurant toward the end of our stay.

Overall, though, we really LOVED our stay, and were so enchanted by our time there that we really want to come back next year. While there are some areas for improvement, we highly recommend this hotel, and we think it is easily the best option for anyone wanting to vacation in Monte Argentario.

Dear Benjamin, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear that you and your wife enjoyed the final leg of your honeymoon with us, and we’re delighted that the private beach at Cala Piccola was a highlight of your stay. We truly appreciate your kind words about our staff, especially our hotel manager Stefania who with her personal touch made a positive impact on your experience. We will certainly pass along your compliments to her and the rest of the team. We’re also grateful for your feedback on the rooms and the breakfast. Your suggestion about upgrading the furniture is noted and will be taken into consideration as we continuously strive to enhance our guest experience. We regret that the breakfast offerings did not fully meet your expectations and will review this to see how we might improve the variety and inclusiveness of our breakfast options. Regarding the restaurant, we’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the service and the views. We understand your point about the variety of dinner offerings and will look into how we might introduce more options to keep things fresh for our guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and for recommending our hotel. We’re excited to hear that you’re considering a return visit next year, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay. Warm regards,

The boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola is a dream! It stands on one of the cliffs of Monte Argentario and the position, right in front of the island of Giglio and Giannutri, allows you to admire exceptional sunsets from the bar in the garden with infinity pool. Everything is perfect in this hotel starting from the care of the exteriors, with flower gardens and a sensory park with carefully selected plants. The interiors are very welcoming, furnished in the true "Tuscany Style Life" and the rooms, cared for and well tidied, have a spectacular view of the sea below.
We returned again this year to celebrate an important birthday for us and this time too we were fascinated by the beauty of the place and the breathtaking views that can be seen from every corner of the hotel. But above all we were welcomed and pampered by Mrs. Stefania, hotel manager and perfect hostess, and by everything, really everything, her staff (including the girls at the reception and the pool attendants) who, with professionalism, kindness and mind you, they made us feel at home.
Another note of great merit must be reserved for the catering: chef Carrieri and his entire team created refined, contemporary gourmet dishes, prepared with mainly local raw materials, which contributed to making the dinners unforgettable (in addition to the sea view of the restaurant terrace) served with courtesy and great professionalism by the maitre d' and his staff.
We had a great time again this year, and we can't wait to return.
We highly recommend this exclusive Boutique Hotel to those who love uncontaminated nature, privacy, discreet elegance and good living.

Compared to a cost of almost 700 euros for one night in a prestige room, unfortunately located under the restaurant with intolerable noise until midnight, we were offered inadequate services. Meanwhile, to get there, the road signs are inadequate and unfortunately there is no internet along the already difficult road, with the risk of getting lost due to the panoramic view of the Argentario. Courteous staff but a dirty structure, especially the swimming pool which had accumulations of cigarette butts and plastic bottles. Extremely expensive dinner in the face of greasy frying and rather limp crunchy octopus and insufficient flavor of the first courses, inadequate service with prolonged waiting and location in a noisy and crowded environment. To stay on a narrow, terraced beach you need 45 euros but the room must be vacated by 11am because it is in high demand (by those who in September...on the empty hotel website!)... so forget about the beach which is still at an altitude difference of 800m.
The only boast is a wonderful location with a superb view.
Terrible value for money.

This is absolutely hidden paradise! From the moment we drove up, we were met at our car only to experience the best service possible from there on out. We had the Terrace suite with the biggest terrace that gave you a million dollar view which we actually used for our elopement ceremony and getting ready suite. Perfection! The bathroom way huge, there was a sitting area as you came in, and a large closet. We had spectacular breakfast both mornings there. The restaurant gave us a phenomenal 7 course meal with wine pairing. The staff was so attentive, they made sure our terrace was literally picture perfect for our ceremony even being concerned with the floor. This was my dream wedding elopement all the way around. If you want to avoid the crowd of more famous coast like Amalfi or are flying into Rome and want an easy drive to a magic location with top notice service- you have found it!

Hotel in a fantastically beautiful location with prices to match. Our room was great. Restaurant OK, but overpriced (sure, the location costs money, but you shouldn't overdo it)
The breakfast is a minus point. The room is clearly too small for the number of guests, unfortunately it is quite hectic and loud, absolutely not for a relaxed start to the day. The (nice) staff are occasionally a little overwhelmed. In addition, cheap tea bags and the overall selection is not overly extensive - always taking into account the price level of the hotel. How much we would have loved to have breakfast on the beautiful garden terrace with a sea view - but that is not planned.

Another big minus point: "We have a private beach - take our shuttle" - that was the announcement at check-in. It worked well - but we were charged a whopping €45 for a one-time visit to the mini beach. Doesn't add up for me, at least guests should be informed of these costs in advance.

Everything perfect, from the impeccable cleanliness of the room, to the breathtaking sea view from every space within the structure (pool, bar, restaurant, walking paths) welcome and devotion of the well-chosen and trained staff.
Breakfast from high level pastry and lunches and dinners at the height.
If I really have to find something to recommend reviewing, it is the prices of some services, such as a coffee at the counter or the wine list, which I honestly find a little outside any reasonable explanation and enhancement.
I remain sincerely satisfied and regenerated by the stay that has absolutely not betrayed my expectations being the first time I stayed there.

The boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola is a dream: immersed in uncontaminated nature, with a breathtaking view of the central Tyrrhenian Sea in front of the islands of Giannutri and Giglio. We spent a truly regenerating short weekend. The restaurant's cuisine is five-star with superlative food quality and accuracy in the preparation of the dishes, served with courtesy by the maitre d'. Experience to remember! We had a great time, we will be back!

yes go ahead its safe . As you know, no drinking and driving applies any where in the world, hills or not , but otherwise the hills at night are safe and the roads are wide enough. we had a combination of hotel dinner with the great view of the bay and dinners in both Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole for diversity. There are 100's of restaurants to chose from.

Hi, the fee for the beach is 27€ per day for a couple. There is a free shuttle service but you can also walk to the beach (800 m). It is recommended to travel by car. The hotel restaurant is very expensive and there is no other restaurant nearby.
