The Mercure at Caroline Springs is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is in a very central location just across from the local CS Square with many shops to browse through as well as Coles & Aldi. There are many restaurants to choose from in Caroline Springs which are all walking distance from the Mercure. The hotel has 3...

As a regular visitor to Mercure Caroline Springs , I would certainly recommend this venue for business activities. They have a good range of meeting rooms and a very good restaurant. The bar area is also very good for a casual drink at the end of a busy meeting. Well worth staying out of Melbourne CBD.

It was very neat and clean and great hotel. The hotel was in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne. It seems that it was not old hotel. Staff was good and services were great. Parking was free. Breakfast was free during our stay. Breakfast was not in a Buffet Style but it was great. Hotel is highly recommendable.

This hotel overlooks a pleasant lake and is just 2 minutes walk to the main shopping area of this modern town. At present, there is only one level for accommodation (Level 3) and most rooms overlook the lake. It has a huge Bistro restaurant and a separate cafe also with plenty of seating. These are on the ground floor and...

We have stayed here a couple of times. We live on the other side of town so when we have a family/friend function, we have stayed here. I hope that when the Caroline Springs Railway Station opens that the Accor will run a bus to/from there. It is difficult to access the city, airport otherwise.

V ery good rooms with a view. Huge kingsize bed. Only down side was no late check out on Sunday morning. Restaurant food was good but service poor. Waited 25 mins for our order to be taken then told after waiting another 25 mins our meal would be at least another 20 mins. The complimentary drinks help ease the pain.

I must say the facilities and location was good however we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it only had one bathroom. Main bedroom shared space with the kitchen and people staying in the second bedroom had to walk past the main bed to use the bathroom. No privacy for anyone really.

Hotel is nice enough, good facilities I enjoyed the pool and rooms good size. I am a silver member and wasn't told about any of my benefits which was annoying. The lobby area is open to the public I believ and has a massive pokie are which wasn't my cup of tea and didn't feel very relaxing. There was also...

Loved my stay at Mercure Caroline Springs, the rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff could not do enough for you, honestly the nicest reception staff I have dealt with in a long time. Right across from a shopping centre if you needed anything, but café and bar and gaming room right down stairs. Location is just fantastic, not in the...
