Not wanting to stay in the city and commute out west every day, i was told about the Mercure in Caroline Springs as an alternate place to stay. What a perfect find! The hotel is not that old, and the rooms are ultra modern and clean with ample floor space. The bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was perfect....

I stay here a lot because I am over that way on business regularly. It is well located and is not as expensive as Melbourne central - plus you can park! I keep going back because there are some exceptional staff. They have rescued me when things have gone wrong (Tony), been friends when you are missing family (Maryanne) and...

Reception and room staff very pleasant and effective. Hotel new and clean and maintained well. Very dissatisfied with being confronted and ogled by security staff. Bed very cheap and uncomfortable. Tv very cheap and small. Restaurant staff very competent but perhaps a bit uppity. Disappointed when compared to my stay at Mecure Parramatta and at Atura Dandenong and Blacktown.

Stayed here for a week long business trip and enjoyed every second. Compared to other motels and hotels in the area, this is a real step up. Clean, well serviced rooms. Comfy, large bed. Fabulous bathroom. Basically, all you need when you're away from home. Looking forward to staying there again. Top notch!

Our air-conditioner was not heating correctly so a lady from the reception help us to move to a room just a few doors down and made sure the heater was working. Modern room with nice outlook to the lake. Some do say there can be an issue with wind noise but we had no problems and slept well. We had...

The food at the restaurant is the best, i always come back for the polenta chips turkish bread and the the prawns linguini. But last time i visited they changed the menu n the pasta isnt the same, i hope they put it back on the menu again. The cocktails are amazing all worth trying.

We attended a wedding in a nearby suburb and the Mecure was recommended to us. Really glad we chose this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the cafe in the building is great. The staff are all very friendly and the service was great. Parking is free. The room we stayed in was spacious...

The word that comes to mind to describe this hotel is weird. We chose it due to proximity to a business meeting and airport. The parking is complimentary. First thing you notice walking into lobby is the Casino. Only one floor of rooms with wide halls and green paint. Our room was good size and nicely decorated. We noticed a...
