Second time I have stayed here. The staff welcome you with a smile. They are very helpful. The room and view was amazing. If you ever need a place to say this is the place to go. I most definately will be going back again next time I am in Melbourne.

I stayed here with my partner whilst attending a conference recently - it was fantastic. I don't know that i have stayed anywhere else that has such friendly and professional staff….happy, polite and helpful not sickly sweet and over-the-top! Room suited us perfectly - plenty of space for our porta cot. Lovely meal in the bistro and a couple of...

All staff at Mercure were friendly and helpfull. Clean and comfortable rooms that were serviced by excellent staff each day. Used the spa and it was lovely. Did not however use the indoor pool as felt the temperature a bit too cool, however if you wanted to swim laps then i am sure the temperature would have been ideal. The...

The best part of the stay was the staff - from Front Desk, through to meals/bars to the room staff - nothing was too much to them to assist. the room was large enough for the two of us with more room to spare. Parking is great. Meals first class - both room service and counter/restaurant. It made a 10...

Had to stay at this hotel as a client was holding an event within the venue the following day. Being in Caroline Springs and built as part of an entertainment centre I really didn't know what to expect. Truth is, the rooms are modern, roomy and well appointed. The bathroom in particular was a standout with a great deal of...

Recently stayed here for a night and really enjoyed it. The friendly smiles at the front desk were what I needed after a long flight. The room was also a larger size than I expected with my own balcony. It's a bit out of Melbourne but well worth the extra drive.

Thank Steven B
