We took our family (6 adults) on a trip to Italy. We stayed at Villa Pianesante. It was beautiful!!! The home was spacious, clean and welcoming. The views were gorgeous! The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had 2 meals cooked for us that were delicious. The pool was an added bonus! There are not enough superlatives to use...

I've been here before, and it's even more magical than the last time. This modernized 18th century villa creates unforgettable memories. The view is extraordinary, and changes every day. With close proximity to Florence, Sienna, Rome, Assisi, Perusia and Orvietto, there is always somewhere to go and discover. But the best kept secret in Umbria is to venture no farther...

It is hard to ask for perfection, but Villa Pianesante is just this. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa is out of a fairy tale. It is the kind of place only celebrities dream of staying. I was honored to join a family vacation (8 of us) and this was all we could have asked for. We...

Stayed in Villa Pianesante with 7 friends and couldn't have had a better time. Great views, awesome grounds, great staff and a ridiculous amount of space in the villa. Mario helped us set up a few wine tours as well as a fantastic dinner in nearby Acqualoreto. He couldn't have been more accommodating! Highly recommended place if you're into, you...

Mario is the most amazing host I've ever experienced, he scheduled vineyard trips, recommended places to get the best food to cook (including a tiny cheese shop inside someone's house), and even booked us an incredible dinner in a small town nearby. The villa is incredible, with stone floors, a full kitchen, a barbeque, and a pizza oven (which we...
