Spectacular view of course, and outstanding service, I really have to say outstanding. Meeting room did not have a video conferencing facility unfortunately, no ventilation in the room, so I think the hotel is not very new. But exceptional service compensates!

Lovely spa hotel - with beautiful infinity pool and nice saunas etc. Spa has a little buffet which is fab for drinks and little snacks. Breakfast is fabulous and lovely wine and dine packages. Staff is generally friendly, polite and helpful. It is popular so can get full - best to go during the week if you can. I’ve been several times and glad to see it is as great as ever. If you have a lot of hair best to use spa shower to wash it vs room shower! Only downside for me this time was several of the staff weren’t consistently wearing their masks properly (especially in the spa area) or only when you got close. In the spa staff only area it seemed that they often weren’t wearing masks and not keeping their distance. I know it sucks to wear a mask but it doesn’t make you feel great as a guest to see people not following the rules and does then make you wonder. Especially if you the spend an hour in a treatment room with the staff. It also really wasn’t clear in the spa area when you should wear your mask and not, eg in changing room? By the pool? In the quiet area? A few suggestions for consideration: - Ban smoking outside by the pool - Label Food better with dietary and allergen info. They will adapt food for you which is great. If you can’t have dairy or are vegan be careful with the breads and ask them to double check. - Put conditioner in the spa Changing room showers…

The title says it all. Not many better places to relax by the pool and soak up the view. The views are available from all parts of the hotel including the lifts, wellness is exceptional and the dining options are all superb. On top of this the service excellent, to the extent that on the morning of our departure with a long drive ahead the hotel owner organised a complimentary sandwich and drinks bag. And the locals use the facilities which is always a good indicator of quality.

I don’t know what the last review from Maria La Pierre was about! We are also people who have been to Thailand many times and find the food and staff were both excellent! It’s high priced yes but with that view it’s worth it all! We had 4 course meal and loved everything! We look forward to coming back again and if they were open on Monday we would come back tomorrow. The hotel is a very pleasant surprise. We knew it would be nice but has already exceeded what we imagined. We look forward to our 3 night stay here.

Disappointed...My husbands friend who’s from Pfäffikon recommended this Restaurant, so we went there. And for people, like us who’ve been to Thailand before - the food was very disappointed and also way to expensive for what it's worth. The Asian people working there had name tags with made-up like "Win" - we thought that this was/is disrespectful. The good thing was the view.

I was here for a business trip. I was fortunate to have been given a junior suite, which was spacious, very attractive, and had a terrific view of the lake. The staff, from check-in through check-out, was totally customer-focused: friendly, always willing to help and, most important, able to solve issues. The food, especially dinner in Collina, is exceptional. Every dish on the four-course prix fixe provided for our group was top-notch. Loy Fah, the contemporary Thai restaurant on the top floor, is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food, which ranged from very good to mediocre (based on the night I dined, I would avoid the pad thai). The gym is very well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool is delightful. I did not take advantage of the other spa offerings, but they looked excellent. Swiss members of my group had been to the Panorama for personal R&R, and had equally satisfying experiences.…

It’s a bit of a journey from one side of lake Zurich to the other to reach the spa hotel but worth it. From the outside it doesn’t look like anything special until you take the Lift up to the Thai restaurant . Wow.. the restaurant itself is gorgeous, the view is stunning... on a clear night/day. Hospitality first class and the food was most definitely worth the expense!! I have never eaten beef with a spoon before....!! So tender was the meat... Dining here is an adventure, the imaginative descriptions on the menu surprised me when the meal arrived.... not what I was expecting on my plate but not disappointing. Certainly a delicious adventure for those ever curious taste buds . Authentic.

We came here on 1st of August for 1 night, 2 people. great view from the room, very friendly check-in, parking directly in front of house, nice spacious pool and spa area, and we had a 5 course dinner on the outside terrace. we had pre-ordered vegan food for both guests and we really liked the food: was very diverse, tasty and cooked perfectly. We were both positively surprised.

From rooms facing the seaside, you will get a fantastic panorama over the Lake Zurich. There is a great spa available to relax. The resort offers various saunas and Turkish baths. You will get free snacks and drinks. It is up to your choice whether you want to be naked or wear bathing suits in the sauna area, but it is mandatory to wear a bathing suit in more public spaces. The restaurant offers a great choice of various high-class menus. The sumptuous morning breakfast buffet was overwhelming. The room was clean, and there were two bathrobes which you can wear to access the spa area directly. It is rather expensive but an excellent choice for a weekend away from the business to relax and enjoy!
