The title says it all. Not many better places to relax by the pool and soak up the view.

The views are available from all parts of the hotel including the lifts, wellness is exceptional and the dining options are all superb.

On top of this the service excellent, to the extent that on the morning of our departure with a long drive ahead the hotel owner organised a complimentary sandwich and drinks bag.

And the locals use the facilities which is always a good indicator of quality.

Spectacular view of course, and outstanding service, I really have to say outstanding. Meeting room did not have a video conferencing facility unfortunately, no ventilation in the room, so I think the hotel is not very new. But exceptional service compensates!

I don’t know what the last review from Maria La Pierre was about! We are also people who have been to Thailand many times and find the food and staff were both excellent! It’s high priced yes but with that view it’s worth it all! We had 4 course meal and loved everything! We look forward to coming back again and if they were open on Monday we would come back tomorrow. The hotel is a very pleasant surprise. We knew it would be nice but has already exceeded what we imagined. We look forward to our 3 night stay here.

Disappointed...My husbands friend who’s from Pfäffikon recommended this Restaurant, so we went there. And for people, like us who’ve been to Thailand before - the food was very disappointed and also way to expensive for what it's worth.
The Asian people working there had name tags with made-up like "Win" - we thought that this was/is disrespectful.
The good thing was the view.

We booked this hotel spontaneously for a spa weekend believing in its luxury on spa, rooms and restaurant and got rather disappointed on all levels. The standard room for which they charge you around 500 Swiss Francs per room and night, are very small, outdated with ugly blue carpets and gave me the feeling of a road side motel. The suites on the other hand (we paid more and upgraded to a junior suite) are quite nice but I must say I do travel a lot and I did not think they were exceptional either comparing to some other hotels that I have been for the same price level.

The spa area was rather OK in terms of selection and they have a lovely buffet with some bites to eat for the spa guests. At the time of booking though we were told the hotel was not booked out so much and we should find a comfortably quiet spa area. But the problem was that all treatments for that day were already booked out and nothing available for the day and some of them not even available the day after. The sauna and steam bath area is rather small with little room for relaxation. Since they allow day spa visitors as well, it was too crowded for my taste and my expectation from a luxury spa resort

Now the most disappointing factor was the felt arrogance of the management. They give you the impression they don’t need you there as a guest. I almost felt like we had to be grateful to be allowed to this place! Maybe somebody has to remind the hotel management that guests don’t have to spend their money and precious time at their hotel but the hotel has to deliver good service to their guests to make their living!

Unfortunately I belong to a growing number of electro-sensitive travelers. I am specially sensitive to wireless internet and can not sleep in rooms with WLAN. Unfortunately very few hotels can turn the wifi off.

And unfortunately the Panorama is not in the position to turn off the wireless. A pity, because for this reason only I am not planning to stay there in near future.

Dear Martin We thank you indeed for your honest response. WLAN is nowadays a must have for a good hotel and therefore you will experience WIFI radiation in all hotels worldwide. Turning off WIFI in a single room is very difficult, because even if you would have an individual WIFI control for every room, you are still able to receive the signal from rooms nearby. We would be happy to learn if any hotel is able to manage this and how (please send inputs to marketing@panoramaresort.ch). For your personal convenience you may consider carrying a “pocket-safe” to protect you from radiation. Here is the link from a local supplier http://www.biologische-praxis.ch/geo-baubiologie/geo-safe-e.html I myself am also an electro-sensitive person and carry a small protection bag (10 x 6 cm) with me. We look forward to welcoming you back with us Patrik Rüegg Head of Marketing Panorama Resort & Spa, Feusisberg

We didn't stay overnight but have had dinner in what was presented as a prestigious place. The experience started off with an amazing pricing of 16 Swiss francs for a Prosecco (NOT champagne!). We then went on to eat. When the trout was presented, I first thought it was a fish carpaccio (see picture). Plus the potatoes were like mashed.
The staff didn't seem to care when I had left the plate untouched and the chef who we called was completely ignorant to our comments. When he apologized, saying that we just had a bit of bad luck, it sounded more like a lesson to us.
Bottom line: there's just way too many good restaurants in the vicinity in order to spend a fortune at this place. Surely, this is never-go-again.

Rooms are verily small, it is mainly furnished apartment, very small toiled, if you stand in the toilet you can't close the door. The restaurant food quality is very bad. The smallest room price for 2 persons is CHF 370 and dinner for 2 would cost CHF250.

Dear Jaxzone Thank you that you have commented your stay with us. We assure you that it is our highest ambition to have satisfied guests who are looking forward to return to our hotel. Therefore it is much to our regret that your stay in our hotel did not match with your expactations. We would like to apologize that we could not offer you a room move. Because of the early arrival and the booking situation, we did not have other rooms available. Furthermore we are sorry that we have not met your request for a different room with the expected understanding. Kindly be informed that this is not our usual standard of service quality. We would be very pleased if you once give us the opportunity to convince you of our house. Kind regards Maria Wilting Marketing Assistent

We went there for a romantic date on Valentinesday and it was the worst experience one could have. The entry to the Spa including a 50min massage raised high expecations with a price per person of CHF 195 but these expactions were not met at all. As they were massively over booked we were split for our treatment although we had booked it as couples massage. The massage was in cold hotel room rather than a proper massageroom and did only take 45min. Also it was more a rubbing of oil than a real massage. After we tried to use the spa facilities which were so crowded we basically had to wait to enter the Sauna. Due to the many people the facilities were dirty and not very inviting. The buffet was gross and full of dirty dishes and there was no water other than tab water. After 5min we were so upset that we left and filed a complaint but all we got was a "it's always busy on Sunday's". We would definetly not recommend this Spa to anyone as it is a waste of money!
