Given the fact that the Haritha Hill Resort is a APTDC (Government) run and managed facility, I cant help but admire the way it has been maintained and operated. The rooms are absolutely spacious with a small balcony to sit out on facing the valley. The bathrooms albeit small, are well equipped and clean. The restaurant is quite alright with... More

We (2 adults & 1 child) stayed there for one night on a stopover at Arakku and had a very pleasurable experience.. the views are amazing over the Ananthagiri Hills... the layout and grounds of the resort were really good and nicely decorated and maintained too... the rooms were a bit dated but clean and suitable... their cottage style accomodation... Haritha Hill resort located in Araku Ananthgiri hills was very poorly maintained thought the staff was very friendly and curtieous. The rooms in the facility was very poorly maintained with faded paintings, broken doors / windows etc. The location of the facility is very good and have an excellent valley view

The Resort is beautifully designed and the food served was good. But the service and the maintenance was bad. It is recommended to book in advance as there would be a lot of rush on weekends. Overall this is the best place to stay in town.
