Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The scenery was very nice and the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast is also worth eating. If the weather had been nice, I would have enjoyed using the resort, but it's a shame. It was a shame it was the rainy season. It was nice and clean. It was my friend's birthday, and I was surprised that he even brought me a cake. The people at the desk are all friendly, and if you tell them what you need, they take care of it right away so you can stay well without any inconvenience. I had a great trip thanks to binh among the staff, and everything was great. The airport and Han Market restaurants are within a 10-minute drive, so the location is great. Thank you. I'll come again next time.

The hotel has a beautiful location near the beach and very convenient restaurants, there is a beautiful swimming pool with city views, and rooms with sea views. Breakfast and drinks are delicious and diverse, staff are friendly and very supportive. Trinh enthusiastically advised my family on places to have fun. The hotel also provided airport shuttle service. Next time will come back to the hotel

Clean and well maintained. My room was large and water pressure in the shower and toilet was good. Housekeeping staff were prompt and responsive. My room faced the back (no beach view) but it was nice and quiet. My colleague who had the beach facing room advised that it was loud at night because of the late night beach activities. The only downside are the lifts which were small and slow. It's a long wait during mornings (breakfast) and checkouts.
The beach is located opposite the hotel. You have to cross 6 lanes to get to it. There is a zebra crossing but no traffic lights. So be careful. In fact all the hotels along this street are located opposite the beach as well.
Nalod is located not far from town centre. It's easy to take Grab to and fro the hotel.

The Nalod Da Nang Hotel is located directly across from My Khe Beach point; wide white sand beach, islands offshore and fishermen casting nets. Beautiful views of Monkey Mnt and the Lady Buddha. The Nalod staff have been wonderful, helpful and so happy to greet us after our every outing. Our room is not only large and comfortable but has lots of closet and storage space. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of Asian and Western food plus they offer an afternoon tea. Great beach bars, restaurants, convenience stores are a short walk. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nalod was the first hotel I stayed in danang rooms were spacious and the view of the beach was very beautiful. Rooms were very clean. Pool was nice but only on low level and not at a high level . Also it was facing the city not the beach. If your after a nice view from your room thus is the hotel you looking for. Buffet breakfast was also plentiful on the menu. Staff were a bit slow maybe it was busy.

The hotel is beautiful, there are many places to visit nearby, the staff here are enthusiastic, the information desk supports guests very well, especially the lady at the counter. Beautiful rooms, spacious with an amazing view to the ocean. The reception staff are helpful at organizing drivers to visit this beautiful region around Da Nang. We were there for a week long training and the gods and breakfasts were delicious everyday with exceptional service.

Very nice hotel, great location. Very good breakfast, a special shout out to Anh, Ly, Tuan (I hope I have the name right, he was very good to me, I thought he said Tsant, but pretty sure that’s wrong) Tam, all the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and made me feel special. I also want to say the housekeeping staff were very kind and polite, and did a great job. Shout out to all the staff on a job well done, you’re the ones that make a hotel experience great.

First time coming to Da Nang. My husband was introduced to this hotel by a colleague because it is close to the beach and the scenery is very beautiful. Even though it was raining, the room view was still very nice, close to the center, close to the airport and convenient for travel. The staff were friendly, greeted from the elevator until entering the restaurant. The breakfast is delicious, with many delicious dishes. The reception hall has quite delicious welcome drinks. The restaurant staff, Trang and Dat, served very well, enthusiastically and thoughtfully. If there is a chance, I will choose to come back.

The first impression is waiting for late check in. We arrived at 1:25pm and had to wait till 2pm but the lobby was so hot, I thought that they didn't turn on the AC so we felt so bad. The bellman helped us to carry and arranged our luggages so we was really thankful for that. Excepting that, everything was good.

I am Joy, the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Nalod, and I was so sorry to read your feed back about our service, especially being late check in and hot lobby. I would like to take this chance to sorry for all about that and also would like to explain a bit too: 1/. Hope for your understanding about check in time: the check in time at most of hotels is from 2pm but it is flexible in case we have room at the time you come (called early check in). Otherwise, all arrivals should wait until 2pm. During this time, early check in is quite difficult because the occupancy is quite high. So, we have to try our best to make sure all our arrivals can do check in on time, at 2pm :). Hope for your understand by this. 2/. At Nalod, we use AC center for every floor to make sure our staffs, who serve guests can feel and know well if AC works well. So, I think might be the main doors were open on that time and brought the heat outside came in too. Anyway it made you felt hot and felt unhappy while waiting for check in. Ms/ Mrs Yen, thanks again for your comment here to let us know we should improve our services day after day. And I and Nalod do hope have chance to welcome you again, then can help you with early check in and very cool with AC that time ! Normally, for online booking guests, our reception will ask to keep your passport temporarily, during your stay. Otherwise, we will keep a deposit in cash, about $20 per day for any extra service used.
