Stayed in the Dream Suite for 31 nights in January/February 2024. Exceptional. The staff were very, very good. Excellent breakfast every morning. When we first arrived Quang said that as we were going to be in the hotel for so long that if we tired of the breakfast menu to advise him and he would ensure they would get something different for us if we wished. Needless to say the breakfast we had each morning was so enjoyable we continued to have the same thing each and every day! This was the result of the chef, Khoi. The young lady, Thao, was very good with advice on restaurants in Danang that we should experience and we tried all she suggested. They did not disappoint and they made our extended stay in Danang very enjoyable. I hope I managed to spell their name(s) correctly. Nguyen became one of our favorites as we chatted each day and he made sure that we always had our second cup of superb Americano coffee each morning. This hotel is quite new and relatively small so the quaintness is very enjoyable. It is situated on a local side street within a few meters of My Khee beach. Local restaurants and convenience stores are right across the street. We used the included insuite washing machine on a regular basis and were thankful for it.

Had 5 nights here in February & it was a genuinely enjoyable stay. This is a a very well run apartment style lodging in a great street just one street back from the beach. Manager Quan & his team are always available to help but do not smother you with tours etc unless you need help.
Apartments are large, new & well kept,have kitchen & laundry facilities although why you'd do your own laundry in Vietnam when it's $1/kilo I'm not sure.
Plenty of good restaurants & convenience stores at the doorstep,this place is a real point of difference from usual soulless hotel rooms. Rooftop pool was never busy. Breakfast was great,esp the local pho. Yes it's not a big restaurant but I never had to wait for a table.
A fine option in a great city.

We had the best few days at The Dream Suite. Quang, was a fantastic host accommodating us checking in early and storing luggage at the end of our stay. The pool and gym were just what we needed to relax at the end (and start) of the day. The room was very spacious, with washing machine and kitchenette. The bed was also perfect and air conditioning was great. 2 minute walk from the beach and some fab beach resurants. Thank you for our stay! Georgina and Chris

This place was amazing after experiencing some hotels with extremely small rooms, this place was the opposite it was huge. Very happy, price was great for the quality, size. Breakfast was included but it was very limited as your order off of a menu that had VERY limited options & you only get 1 drink. If I was to return I would not opt to have breakfast included. Pool area looked great unfortunately it was rainy & cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. The gym area is very minimal so don't count on it if your planning to work out. Don't think the windows are double glazed as you can hear outside noise but not to badly if you have the air con on in the room. We struggled with the hot water staying hot for 2 showers after 1 shower it would go luke warm which wasn't enjoyable. The hotel manager Quang Nguyen was beyond helpful, he went above & beyond to ensure we were looked after. Only issue we had throughout our whole time there was upon checkout, they tried to say Id taken a facewasher & we needed to pay for it but it was in the shower. I went back up to the room & into the shower & what do you know, there it was! Almost took a star off my review for this as it really did end our lovely stay on a negative but apart from this Quang really was very helpful. He did apologise for this error but I still felt a bit let down about it. All over a face washer.

We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our Central Vietnam exploration trip. We love the convenient location (few minutes walk from local markets, eateries and the beach) while having that local vibe. The hotel is pretty new, having just opened a few months ago, and room design was thoughtful with all the usual amenities plus plenty of user friendly socket points for the electronic junkies. There was a washing machine and cooking facilities. It was very clean too!
The best part about The Dream Suite is their staff (thanks Helen, Trinh, and all the rest whom we didn’t get your name) - you made us felt at home. During our first stay, we realised we booked the train tickets on the wrong date and Helen helped to sort it out quickly for us. It’s very reassuring to stay in a place where we know we are in good hands. Recommend all to stay here!

This is an excellent choice when in Da Nang the quality of the people here led by the manager Quang is first class. It has approximately thirty rooms standard very high the cleaning staff are excellent towels provided for rooftop pool are welcome excellent facility to have. Just checked in and must say: WOW!! What a beautiful, brand new hotel this is. Everything is literally crisp and delightful. The interior and design is superb and the room setup is great: very modern and tastefully decorated including kitchen facilities with stove and microwave, large fridge, a very comfy couch, a big size tv and a washing machine.
Equally important, the staff gives their best to make you feel welcome. When the room that I booked wasn’t as well lit as I had hoped, they moved me to a fantastic room with lots of natural sunlight.
Overall, highly recommended!

By far the best hotel we have stayed in on our month long trip to Vietnam. A newer hotel which is very clean, spacious, and quiet. It’s more like an apartment with small kitchen, couch, washer and small outside deck. We stayed 3 nights but wished we had stayed longer. It’s a short walk to the beach and cheap cab ride to many other places. Quang, the manager went out of his way making sure our stay was enjoyable. He organized our trip to Ba Na Hills, other transportation, seating at the beachfront brewpub East Meets West, put our wine on ice at the rooftop pool, and found my lost sunglasses which I left in a van. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in DaNang.

The studio we were given was immaculate, spacious and had everything you could need while away from home. The breakfast was ordered from a menu and was very nice. I would highly recommend the poached eggs in a paprika tomato sauce! Kim, the porter was helpful and friendly but the jewel in this hotels crown is "Tai" the young lady on reception. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

The Dream Suite Hotel Da Nang is exceptionally good service hotel. The room was spacious, tidy and even completed with washer and big refrigerator. What you see at the pics is the real facilities.
Hotel staff to me is in another level, they communicate with English very well, help me to organizing pick up dan delivery to Airport and even to Hoi An with reasonable price.
My flight leaving Da Nang at 01.00 am and since we were very tired after whole day exploring Hoi An, the hotel staff allow me to take a shower before took off to airport. Even they served me glass of water, which I really appreciated.
This is not an advertisement, but humble review from satisfying customer. Keep up the good service and see you on my next trip to Da Nang.
