The hotel was clean and modern and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool was picturesque but there were a number of very sharp tiles we had to be careful of and the pool deck was very slippery causing our 6 year old to fall several times despite not running. Thankfully she was ok! The food at the rooftop was delicious - more expensive than other parts of Vietnam but we did pay for quality. Ana a family with one wheelchair user we were grateful for the accessible family room - only challenge was getting an appropriate shower chair. Once they understood what we needed it was great

Moat pleasant hotel experience in a long time. Staff couldn't be warmer or more welcoming.
Everything is very modern. Staff wears white shirts, blue trousers and white shoes. Very smart and casual looking.
Had a suite. Balcony is very big with stunning views. Not to forget the lovely big bath tub.
Restaurant on the top floor has views both over the sea and Da Nang. We picked a city view in the evening with lights sparkling.
One most not forget the pool, also on the top floor.
Last, but not least the breakfast. A plethora of Asian and International dishes very lovingly arranged.
My favourite was the noodle station. I can have an egg station anywhere the world, but not the noodles served here. Delicious!

I stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel is very clean and modern. The beds are quite comfy and my room also had a great balcony with a gorgeous view of Danang every night. The bathroom is large and the shampoo and soap provided also made my hair feel very soft and nice.
The daily breakfast is a must have with high quality fruit and a nice selection of western, Asian and Vietnamese options. The Vietnamese noodle bar had a rotating menu of dishes everyday which was very delicious. When we arrived at the hotel we ordered a bowl of Pho through room service which was fresh and delicious
For my time here, Henry helped to arrange my transportation with a lovely English speaking driver who took me to Hue and Hoi An and Marble mountains. The experience was great and he was always on time and readily available close by to pick us up and to take us around the various tourist locations and even introduced us to local food delicacies we normally wouldn't have known about.
The hotel is also located right beside the beach with beach access once you cross the road in a more developed area with cafes and seafood restaurants close by.
I would definitely recommend staying at Voco if you need a wonderful hotel with delicious food, friendly staff and a great location with a good view.

Stayed 4 nights as Diamond member; no upgrade. Room faced the beach with wonderful view. Service was excellent. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread was very good. Infinity pool on top was nice. A few issues: the music from the beach club across the street can be loud late into the night. Housekeeping entered the room even with the do not disturb sign up and request for no housekeeping needed. Overall, an excellent hotel next to the beach that I would stay at again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Voco hotel after 3 nights at Hoi An.
It was a great stay as the hotel looks new and clean both inside and outside. Rooms are very spacious with balcony and the bathroom is great. Only gripe is the lack of a tray to put my facial sponge and cleanser in the shower area .
Comfortable bed and storage space can be a bit more generous .
Breakfast has a very good selection and though it was quite busy, the staff handled the guests requests very well with a smiling face. Hotel checkin and checkout was a breeze and the concierge named Henry was very helpful in suggesting a seafood restaurant just outside the Voco hotel.
The hotel was not opened yet so we hopped over to the Radison hotel just next door for our massage.
Highly recommended to stay here though it is a wide road to cross over to the public beach.

We recently had a pleasure of staying at one of the IHG hotel Voco Ma Belle Da Nang. From beginning to end of our stay the experience is exceptional. The location is centralize from all of the main attractions, all rooms are beach front view from balconies you can enjoy the morning sunset, this hotel is very new contemporary design seamlessly blends with classic elegance. The comfortable bed & plush made me feel right at home. Additionally Man & Henry at the Concierge took the time to curate a tailored list of local restaurants and made reservation on my behalf. Special thanks to Ms Thanh & Ms Le at Lyla for always making sure our appetite are full & went out their way to the local market to bring me fresh fruits.

I got tired of Marriott group accommodations, so I stayed at IHG group accommodations, but the results were terrible. The ocean view is nice, but there's a club in front of it, so it's noisy with music blaring from around 5pm until 12am. The window sashes are cheap and the sound of the music can enter the room. This hotel is not suitable for people who want to sleep quietly and enjoy an ocean view. There was no prior explanation regarding this noise issue.
The staff at hotels in Vietnam that I have stayed at so far have used translators themselves to explain the services, but the staff at this hotel have no intention of using the translators. I thought the quality of service was low compared to other hotels in the IHG group.
For breakfast, there is kimchi, probably because there are many Koreans here. It was delicious. The pho I had in Hanoi had a different taste and was ok.
