Pros 1. The design of the rooms are very chic and modern. Both family and twin rooms are spacious enough. 2. The hotel provides all the toiletries. 3. Location is good not far from beach.
Disliked · 1. Entrance is small and need to climb stairs. 2. The sea view is partially hidden, other rooms have ugly views. 3. Soon no more sea view because the construction right in front will block the sea view. 4. Breakfast has very limited choice. First night I was given a twin room with the curtain blinds right beside the tub not functioning. Second night we moved to second floor with the office just opposite our room. So the noise from the auto door into office and lifts were constantly annoyed us.

Booked here. Large construction side across. No sleep all night as noise levels above 80dB. Hotel failed to mention that. We Stu at room 701 top floor. Bathroom and lounge share same room only devise by glass partitions. Share your bodily functions with anyone… not everyone’s thing. Shower../ either you cook or freeze to death. Unable to adjust temps on faucet. Mini bar a double the cost, Brekky downstairs is challenging and basic. On arrival… feel free to wrestle your luggage’s hell of a flight of stairs to the lobby upper first floor. No help from anyone.
We choose to leave the hotel after one night and took out a refund request. Nothing has happened so far. We been advised that this hotel is not responding to the request by the admin of the site we booked. We went back to the front desk to inquire about the progress whilst her on location. We have been bluntly lied to, saying they arranged for a refund of 6 nights. A further email stating the opposite. It seems to me, this is common practice with this hotel, reading up on the reviews. My advise, stay away from this joint, it’s nothing but trouble and will give you aggravation you do not need on holidays.

To be honest, I was looking forward to this hotel because I stayed in a cheaper hotel near it the other day. But this hotel let me too disappointed, except the photos of the swimming pool is very beautiful, the others are very bad, but because of the typhoon, there is no chance to use the swimming pool. When I checked in, because I was staying alone, I wanted to change to a double bed room, and most of the rooms in the hotel were free, but there was an extra charge for changing rooms. In addition, the hotel has no breakfast, no gym and terrible facilities. I can understand all that, but the service was terrible, The waiter started making a scene in the hallway at eight o 'clock in the morning, and knocked on the door at less than nine o 'clock in the morning , saying he wanted to clean up! I mean the service non-existent at this hotel. It was a terrible stay experience.

This hotel near beach front is pretty convenient as it at far-end of Da Nang's Dragon head Bridge (1.5km away). Altho during check-in, they were some hiccups but all fine thereafter. The lady at reception (Duyen) is superb. She's very attentive, polite & approachable. That goes the same for the new bespectacled intern at reception and Miss Hien at breakfast section. The hotel has limited facilities but the room is very nice & comfortable. Probably the only setbacks are the noises & pollutions from opp. hotel where construction is ongoing.

Mình đi gia đình ở phòng 505. Khi đặt ksan có thông báo về công trình gần đó tuy nhiên thực tế thì ko hề ồn, mức độ bình thường của một thành phố, trừ khi ra quê mới không có tiếng nào
Đồ ăn sáng khá đa dạng, Âu Á đủ cả, dễ ăn, vừa đủ. Có thể dặt tour trực tiếp ở Lễ Tân các bạn sẽ hướng dẫn cụ thể nhiệt tình
Có cho thuê xe máy luôn tiện lợi, spa dưới hầm cũng được Tầng 8 có bể bơi vô cực ra biển view rất xịn

Tôi đã có trải nghiệm thật tuyệt khi lưu trú tại J-BAY. Tôi đã book được căn phòng view biển với mức giá vô cùng hợp lí. Ánh bình minh tuyệt đẹp từ cửa sổ. Một chiếc khách sạn rất vui và ý nghĩa với gia đình Mình nhất định sẽ quay lại đây vào nhiều dịp! Bể bơi tuyệt vời không gian sang trọng Rất thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi cùng gia đình và bạn bè, nhân viên thân thiện có thể check in sớm nếu bạn cần nghỉ ngơi Buffet ăn sáng rất đáng để thử nhé
