Lovely stay at Beamish Hall, rooms are comfy with everything you need! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Went into the Stables Restaurant for a Meal, it was all decorated for the occasion! Had steak which was great, partner had game pie! The staff were very attentive and looked after us! Food was fantastic, will definitely be back!👍

This is the third visit in a year!! We discovered it last August and we're so pleased it is now our first choice if we get chance to escape for a couple of nights. Went through Superbreak which gives you B and B and dinner on the first night in the wonderful Stables Bar. The whole building is full if...

Stayed here for two nights on a special offer break that also included a tour of the micro brewery. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, our room was well appointed with furnishings that matched the style of the hotel, the bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower. The breakfast was also excellent with the hot breakfast...

We were really looking forward to our stay at the hotel but it wasn’t as luxurious as I’d hoped. Check in was fine and the girl on reception was very helpful and friendly. The chap who did the brewery talk and taste was really excellent and very friendly. The service at the restaurant itself wasn’t very good. It took staff...

Arrived at this hotel, being told that check in was 3, only to find that other guests had checked in at 1, at 3, was told by a rather rude receptionist that we couldn't check in until the photos had been taken, god we had travelled from Devon, needed to freshen up, get changed, but no go. This hotel is...

Dear davehaynes, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. Our check in time of 3pm is in line with most hotels and we do try to accommodate early check in requests wherever we can but this is not always possible. Please accept my apologies for the reception team's response to your request to check in before...

Amazing hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Nikki on reception. The breakfast what can I say about it. Here goes if you are on a diet, forget it. The staff in the breakfast room were accommodating and very professional. The food is gorgeous, well cooked and an exceptional selection. All in all a fantastic experience.

Sunday afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is like an old stately home, very nice, although could do with a little updating. The afternoon tea was excellent, the food was lovely and there was more than enough for everyone. Great value for money. The service was excellent from Neil, and it was probably the best service I have...

I’ve wanted to stay at this hotel for many years, since my company used it for team meetings and conferences, so I was delighted to stay here for one night to attend a wedding. We had taken advantage of discounted rate for wedding guests and had upgraded from a standard room to Deluxe room. Check in was very efficient and...
