Booked a 'Diamond' caravan as the blurb stated they, "have the best sea views over Mother ivey's Bay. It was a bitter disappointment to find most of our sea view was obscured by other caravans. They were also very close. Our other frustrations included, very thin mattress, you feel every lump and bump. Freezing cold, radiators only ever got warm....

Had many wonderful holidays at the site over the years......beautiful and very safe beach with lots of families and dogs having a great time....Lots of reviews complain about no facilities on site - it only has a small shop, but that is the beauty of the place.....no late night noise is tolerated and for most this is what people want...

Wanted to enquire about camping next summer. A flat no as we are a family of 7! Not even offered the option of two pitches. Won't be recommending to anyone and will ask our campervan hirer not to either!

If anyone reading this has any doubt how good this place is then you just need to pay it a visit. Beautiful surroundings, first class accommodation and very helpful staff. An added bonus is that they were also one of the first to pay the living wage to their staff just showing that they are good employers. Pay this place...

In some ways I don't want to write this review even though I give it a 5 star rating & here's why. Mother Ivey's Bay is & has to be the best caravan/camping/static site ever & for this reason I want it to be kept a secret so I can book every year but the right thing to do for...

We have a lovely stay at Mother Ivey's. The campsite was clean and well kept. The showers were really warm and powerful. It was quiet, friendly, and the pitches were spacious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, when we asked for a BBQ brick one was brought to our pitch in under 5 minutes. The beach is spotless and...

Lovely campsite. Booked a luxury pitch. G46 lovely. Views of the sea from the pitch. The beach with direct access from the site is just wow. Clean and well kept. Will definitely return. Kids were swimming in the sea, October half term.

We've visited this site in the past and it never disappoints. Very clean caravans and site grounds are extremely well kept . It's beautifully quiet and we enjoyed some fabulous walks along the coastal path . I've read reviews about the lack of facilities but that is exactly why we love it . Yes the shop is more expensive than...

This was my first visit to mother iveys bay and it will be my last. The only good thing I can say is the caravan and site were clean. Once it goes dark here it is advisable not to go out without a torch. There is no lighting on the site on the first night I went out it was...

We have been visiting Mother Ivey's for 4 years but holidaying in Cornwall for 11 years. We have tried B&B's, hotels, holiday cottages the lot. Mother Ivey's is perfect as far as we are concerned. The caravans are immaculate and have everything you could possibly need. The caravan park is clean and extremely well maintained and all staff take a...
