A welcoming B&B in the old town. Very close to the centre and restaurants. Free garage and Wifi (which worked well in room 6 with both my phone and rubbishy tablet so maybe it has been improved). Excellent spread for breakfast. Very little English spoken but very hospitable. The backless Queen Anne style chairs in the bedroom are not the...

We stayed for three nights at this lovely B&B. The building is beautiful (if you like 300 year old properties), lovely restored to make it a nice place to stay and rest. The owners made us very welcome. It's very central, it was easy to park and most importantly, the breakfast was great (it's a German breakfast so not cooked...

This Pension is so close to everything that we barely needed the car. The only time we took it out was when we explored the Harz region. Mrs Koch and her daughter were in charge of it all, welcoming us and showing us to our room. We had a triple room (Rm 6) two flights up, which was very spacious...

We came to Goslar by bicycle and booked two nights at the Altstadt-Pension Koch on arrival through the Goslar Tourist Information Centre. Our decision was based on the reviews I read on Tripadvisor, and we picked very well - thanks to all who reviewed this place before me! This is a beautiful, nicely renovated pension with a courtyard/garage where bikes...

The owner was really friendly, polite and helpful in every single way he could. We had the breakfast included and it was truly fantastic. We highly recommend this...

We loved staying at this little pension. The owner was very kind and polite, room was very clean and warm, bathroom looked bran new! What i really liked is that although they have renovated, the room still kept it's character and old architecture just like all the houses look like on the outside in Goslar. Breakfast was also excellent! The...

“As this is a beautiful historic building and interior, there will be stair climbing involved. If you have trouble with orientation and stairs, stay on the lower levels. The pension faces a small road and park across a church, and I think any room will be quiet.”
