We stay at Buckhurst Hill premier inn at least once a year when we visit London. It is easy to get to, and is always the same - lovely well maintained rooms, excellent friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. (Unlike some Premier Inns we have been to lately, their cooked breakfast is cooked to order, not self service from an...

This is one very special Premier Inn, fact. If every Premier Inn was as good as this they would conquer the world in an instant. The reception staff were superb, they had clearly graduated from customer service school with honours and had clearly passed through charm school with ease. The room was superb, everything was fantastically clean and tidy and...

Stayed here one night. Smart tidy reception, well turned out pleasant young man checked us in. Room was absolutely spotless and bathroom too. Bed was nice and firm with plenty of pillows, spotlessly clean bed linen too. It's probably the best Premier Inn that I have stayed in.

One of the best Premier Inns Ive visited, the whole experience was great and they are a great advert for all Premier Inns. I spent a week here and found it clean and tidy, modern rooms and staff friendly and helpfull. If your planning to spend some time in London this Premier Inn is a 5 min walk from the...

We stayed here in April for one night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was very comfortable and more than adequate. As advertised the bed was so comfortable and we had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was very good indeed and very good value. You could have a continental or cooked breakfast. Plenty of coffee and tea. The waiter Farouk...

Room was clean and had a good nights sleep. I left my phone charger plugged in when I left, I rang up the day after to be told it would...

I stayed here for one night. These rooms seem to have been modernised, so the beds are very comfortable. showers good and room spotlessly clean. yes the free broadband is painfully slow. this is solved for paying £5.00 for faster. Next door is a Toby Inn, giving average food at a slow speed.. There is free parking on site, which...

This Premier Inn is one of the best. It has older style rooms which are a little small but, as the advert says, very comfortable beds. If you like hard beds, these are not for you. For me, the advert is true. If you cannot sleep in these beds - try camping! Like all Premier Inns with their own breakfast...

My work means that I have to spend up to 40 nights a year in different hotels. On this occasion I had to stay 2 nights here due to a family funeral. Where do I start? The welcome was exceptional and the friendliness and attention from the manager and staff was out of this world. The hotel was spotless and...
