The hotel is very clean, with a nice view, friendly stuff, high quality breakfast, nice bar to relax and great spa area. Pets friendly as well and overall a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended

Pros:nice location, good breakfast Cons: from advertised spa options only pool and sauna were open (only 1 family allowed at sauna, for over >500 rooms!) and no massages available on Sundays (which does not make sense for a hotel offering weekend getaways) - no such information provided anywhere beforehand; service at bar / restaurant was horrible: 1 hour waiting time for drinks, ordered salads were not served within a 2h time frame so we left and ordered pizza externally; booked 2 same rooms and 1 was a lower category, when addressed to receptionist it was confirmed and lower rate was paid (not sure it would have been noticed without our asking); no female hygiene bin at the hotel room; also no phone in the room and when calling the reception from mobile phone, it took ages to get an answer, if anyone answered at all…

Hotel is beautiful, room are nice. But the services are poor. They have not enough staff. Especially in restaurant. You need to wait for tables, to be served, for everything... They could make that better.
